Strange store-specific rule about not toasting the bread for “cold” sandwiches. Have never encountered this before at other Jersey Mike’s locations, all of which have been happy to accommodate this simple request. All it would take is throwing the bread on the griddle like they can for the hot subs. They offered to microwave the sandwich, which also seemed odd.
