Great service. Went in there today and got a buffalo chicken which is my favorite sub. Very welcoming and friendly. The manager made sure my order was right. Hands down one of the best locations I have been to. Definitely will return.

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s in Goose Creek, and I had an excellent experience that really stood out. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly, but the service from Zhy in particular made the visit exceptional.
Zhy did a fantastic job taking care of my order. She was polite, professional, and made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. You could tell she really cares about providing great customer service. The sandwich itself was fresh, perfectly made, and tasted amazing—exactly what I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s.
What made the experience even better was that Zhy recognized me from Carnes and mentioned that she found out I had come to Goose Creek. She actually came to the Goose Creek location, and I ended up stopping by specifically because I knew I’d get great service from her. That level of dedication and connection with customers really says a lot about her work ethic and personality.
Overall, the food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the service was outstanding. Zhy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and that kind of effort deserves to be recognized. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have an employee like her representing their brand. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Always clean. Great customer service almost every single time I come in. I’ve been coming here at least 2x a month for about 9 years.

My favorite sub place! It’s always fresh, thick and delicious! My favorite is the turkey sub with provolone with rosemary bread. I’ve had them cater a few times for my son’s birthday party and it’s always great and everyone is very satisfied. I also really like their wraps they are huge! I think it’s worth the price I’ll always pay more for fresh good food.

Ordered the cheese steak & portobello mushroom sub with no peppers. Although it was nicely loaded with portobello mushrooms and onions there was no steak to be found! And it was just a soggy mess all the way around the outside of the sub roll. Disappointing.

I went to this location twice in one week. I’m not going back again ..because a few of them have an attitude they act as though they wish you wouldn’t come …if you hate your job that much why go to work there….they don’t realize that their job is important, but I don’t have to beg them to put a smile on a face and to be kind. I’ll just go to another location… you have to watch them how they prepare your sandwich make sure that they change their gloves, cause they have a tendency to put their hand on other things like the garbage can of wet rag and then go prepare your sandwich and you gotta speak up whether they like it or not …I spent $30 plus tips both days. I just don’t like their attitude and I don’t have to put up with it…. UPDATE…. April 10 noon time I went to Jersey Mike’s today and the atmosphere was so different. The workers were very nice. They made sure that it was clean. The sub was delicious. .. they didn’t have an attitude that they didn’t wanna be there and they sorry to see you come in. Everything was done very well and they were professional.I definitely will be back….
