I have nothing but fabulous words about this location. I eat at many Jersey Mikes in the area and this location is THE BEST! I personally order from here 3 or 4 times a month as it is the closest to my office. I ordered a large catering order yesterday because we have some Corporate associates in town and many meetings with all departments. I ordered yesterday but realized this morning I may not have ordered enough. I added another box of sandwiches and 30 bags of chips , drinks ,cookies etc. I was worried that this mornings order may not be ready in time for our scheduled lunch period, but when I got there the owner, I believe his name is Kevin, had IT ALL packaged up and ready for me!! They realized it was all mine and figured we needed to add more last minute. Kevin introduced himself , shook my hand and walked the food out to my car. His associate walked the cookies out and wished me a great day. The employees at this location are always friendly and my food is exactly how I ask for it everytime, but today’s service was top notch. A huge shout out to Kevin and his team! Keep up the great service!!

Usually never have any issues ordering here but really disappointed and probably won’t go back after today. I ordered the Mike’s chicken Philly and they left out half of the ingredients. It states on the menu it has onions and peppers and my sandwich had neither. Now I just wasted my reward for a sandwich that wasn’t made properly.

Big communication issues with the girl at the counter. She didn’t pay attention or remember anything well. I asked for a GF club sub and Club Supreme on herb bread. Next thing I know, she is making a Large club sub sandwich on herb bread. I asked her if that was mine. She said yes. I never asked for a large. She cut it in half. And asked what the GF one was. I said Club Sub. She said they’re both club sub? I said no, the other one was supposed to be a club supreme, but don’t worry about it now. I told her what before and she finished the sandwich I asked her to put the bacon on. She said, didn’t you say no bacon. No this is my first time mentioning bacon. The other guy made the GF sub and it was much smoother. Glad I didn’t order ahead.

I ordered The original Italian wheat bread sub from Jersey Mike’s for lunch and it was so delicious.Its not my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s, but if I want a good sub…I normally order there. The ratio from meat to bread is spot on! The options to dress the sub are plenty. I enjoy it every time! It’s definitely not my first time ordering from Jersey Mike’s and it definitely won’t be my last time!

I’m usually a huge fan of Jersey mikes, but not this one. The bread was stale, the restaurant was gross, and when I tried to get more oil and vinegar for the dry bread, all the employees were in back and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do their job. Gross

Although this is not my typical Jersey Mike’s, the chain is so consistent that it’s easy to spot any differences.
In this case, it’s the level of friendly. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was fine and the sammich was slammin’ as always! But I noticed that when a couple of regulars came in, they were welcomed with a smile, given a couple of “extras” and generally treated better.
It’s not that I want preferential treatment. I just want to know that my buck is worth 100 pennies just like theirs. Imagine if they treated everyone with special regard… I think the world might slip off it’s axis!

I ordered a Big Kahuna #55 without onions for my husband. It was ready in no time at all. Service was great because the staff was very attentive to each and every customer. My husband enjoyed the sandwich immensely. He actually made two meals out of it. Definitely will recommend this location to everyone.
