This is the BEST Jersey Mike’s in the area! The staff know what exemplary customer service means! The food is also delicious, I really enjoyed my tuna sub. It was my first time here but I’ve done pick ups for deliveries lots of times at both locations in Irmo and at the other one the line doesn’t move for 15 minutes sometimes, it’s insane. Here they’re super fast and get the job done with a smile!

Had to drop something off in the area and the guy where I was at recommended Jersey Mike’s. I can say it didn’t disappoint. Not only was the food amazing. But the customer service from the two ladies working was at a world class level. I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s so I leaned on their experience to get the best sub for me. She recommended the club sub, and made “Mikes Way.” So that’s what I got. Sweet Tea was on point, had to get two refills! Next time I’m in the area and I’m craving a sub, this will be my go to.

Great experience. We picked up dinner tonight, and decided we’d Jersey Mike’s for the first time. Sandwiches were delicious but the customer service was fantastic! Morgan, Zach and Amber were exceptional. Great service, excellent food and a spotless environment… you can’t ask for anything better.

I always get the same thing at JM. The food at some locations has zero taste and other locations the food is very flavorful. Again, I always get the same exact sandwich every time. This location is top of the line – flavorful, fresh, fast, clean and nice staff. It’s worth my time and money.

Don’t buy the “new” pastrami sandwich they have. It tastes like hot dog meat. My whole sandwich is going in the trash. I should have stuck to the Philly but I love pastrami so wanted to give it a chance. I tried two bites and just can’t to it.
Edit to add- pretty sure it tastes like that due to bad meat. I was throwing up all night just from the bit I had and that’s all I had to eat all day, so I know for a fact it was from that.

They don’t even qualify for one star on tonight- they decided to close earlier than their noted posted time – I ordered online and was charged, HOW and they were not even open? Do better Jersey Mikes!!!!!!!! I want my refund replaced quickly in full inevitably-

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They labeled our sandwiches “his and hers”. We have been married for so long that we tend to order the same thing. Bread was fresh and the Tuna was very good. Rest rooms were clean and stocked with sufficient supplies.

Ordered from here a few weeks ago after boycotting jersey Mike’s for a year and a half from the other columbia location serving me undercooked sub roll, will not be returning to any jersey Mike’s, this time i asked for extra mayo on my roast beef sub, they put so much mayo on it it was disgusting, 1/4 inch on the sub, when i squeezed it, it fell out, unappetizing. The other sub was Chipotle steak and cheese both giant subs, this wasnt supposed to have extra anything but had next to nothing for meat and triple the normal amount of sauce. Sorry jersey Mike’s, this was your last chance and you messed it up.

It’s a well run, fun Jersey Mike’s. It’s impressive to watch his fast efficient and effective they work together. With people giving ordered and other people talking you feel they didn’t hear you but they do and they get it right. They are a crew that work well together and are fun to be around. And I decided to try Sub #5 in so happy I did! That had become my fave and then made it so well. My dad loves y’all as my husband too!
