My wife and I have a gluten allergy and we do not have that many places we can eat out. The staff here is very considerate, cleaning all of the equipment, using trays instead of it being on the normal cutting board, and changing gloves. Staff also does this with joy and service, whereas some restaurants it feels we are a burden. Feeling respected and being able to eat without concern is a blessing. Great place!

Terrible service!! Just paid 75$ for three subs and the two that I got that were hot subs, they didn’t even ask us what we wanted on them, they just took the stuff off the grill put it on the sub threw them in a bag to get us out the door. They are rude and sorry and I will never go there again! My family and I are there all the time but after literally spending thousands there in the last two years, I can safely say I’ll never walk in that door again! This is unacceptable and I’m putting this on FB and everywhere else I can to try and keep people from making the same mistake I did by walking in there

The last two times I ordered food from here around lunch time it has been Unacceptable like food I probably wouldn’t feed a dog. My tuna sandwich was wet. Not sure why. I ordered a steak wrap and they gave me steak in this nasty wheat bread and the bread was sticking to the paper. I wasn’t able to come back both times due to it being my lunch period. I was able to get a refund the second time because it wasn’t even a sandwich I ordered. I won’t be trying it again. Very disappointment . I won’t hold it against the company. I just think it’s a terrible location. Or they have an employee who doesn’t care.

TURN DOWN THE MUSIC VOLUME. Its so load in there you cant communicate with the staff effectively the music is so loud for no reason.

It was my first time here and really nice! Fresh and yummy! I’ve eaten once in NC this was my second time! I read reviews before I went there. There’s no problem with my order. The guy who did my sub was very nice and asked if I really wanted this/that in my subs! I wish I told the guy to put more vinegar in mine! I love red wine vinegar! Will definitely go back again soon!

Love Jersey Mikes but I choose to go to the Camden location because of the staff and service I receive. The manager, DeeDee is always talkative, welcoming, and on point. She makes sure things run smoothly and place feels like a local spot. Lala was on the line today and also provided excellent service. These jobs aren’t easy at times and I’ve been here when slammed and not so busy – I get treated the same. Will keep coming back – Great job DeeDee and Lala!

Subs are not consistent at all and some changes there gloves others do not. Lettuce brown tomatoes soggy. Have to tell them to change it or they put it on your sub. Sad

The associates act rude. They act as if you’re bothering them when ordering and lettuce brown and tomatoes soggy, bacon half cooked. Especially today around 1:30 in 9/12/25 in Camden SC. Wish I could give a zero.
