I have lived at the Jersey Shore most of my life. There are a thousand great sub shops there, so I was looking forward to getting a JM sub to remind me of home. I gotta say, I was quite disappointed. They are, by far, the most expensive sandwiches around and you really don’t get much meat. Over $20 for a whole Italian sub. As a matter of fact, the subs at Wawa or Publix give you significantly more meat for significantly less money. Sorry JM!! I wanted to love these subs!!

I ordered a sandwich via uber eats because i unfortunately can’t go in to get food because of my work hours. I have never ever had an issue until today. Whom ever thought it would be funny to stack large handfuls of onions on my sandwich ruined my lunch. Now I’m out money because of this action and the sandwich literally taste only of onions. If I ask for extra lettuce, it means extra lettuce, not 1/4 of the lettuce. There was maybe three or four little pieces of lettuce on my sandwich. That’s the only topping I get. I had to go to Walmart on the way home to buy shredded lettuce. Read the instructions next time. Seems like that’s too hard for you to do.

Ordered a Turkey club. Got home and was eating one half. Got done with that half and was about to eat the other half and there was a bug on my food. I kindly called the location and told them I wanted to speak with a manager they lady said “ok hold on” the guy says “ they want a manager?….. who is it?” The lady said she didn’t know he said “find out what they are wanting. When she got back on the phone I said I have a bug on my sandwich I need to speak with the manager…. Putting me on hold again, she come back and says “….do you just want another sub?”
