I am hoping that the quality of subs I just received is specific to this location because I’ve never been to this one. These subs have less meat on them than I put on my third graders lunch slider. Literally an inch and a half on each end with zero meat. I just spent $49 on 3 subs and I’m starving after finishing my entire sub and I have never eaten a whole Jersey Mike sub in one sitting in my life. Not only that there were 4 people working in the store and 1 customer finishing up ahead of me and it took 10 minutes to get those 3 slices of meat. I will go back to another location and give them a chance because Jersey Mikes has always been a favorite I hope they are not all like this now. See the pictures of a #9 mikes way with added banana peppers and pickles and look at how skimpy it is the only thing that is hanging off one end is a slice of Swiss cheese. Who can afford to pay $49 for 3 subs and still need more to eat?! Sincerely, a very disappointed loyal JM customer

Update 11/13 You can see the owners response. I contacted Jersey Mikes’s corporate direct and filed a formal complaint and this is my first response back. Please let me know who or how to contact you concerning this matter.
Update 9/8. Have never been contacted back by customer service. Again, truly horrific customer service and app experience.
I would first like to say I hope everyone understands that I rarely give such a poor rating, however, my experience today was truly horrific from a customer service point of view at their Ogden location. Jersey Mike’s food is always excellent and the quality is always fresh. I have never had good experiences with ordering ahead using their app and was a little disheartened when requesting ASAP that it told me my food would be ready in 45 minutes. Hoping that this was an error. I went ahead to the store and got there 20 minutes later. As I approach the counter. I was asked if I was waiting or looking for an order and I gave them my name. They told me that my sandwiches were coming down the line and it would be just a moment. So I went and sat to wait. As I was waiting, over five new individuals came into the store, got in line, place New order, had the order made, paid for the order and left before my food was ready. One of them even ordered two of the largest subs and had them custom-made. Upon going up and getting my order I expressed that I have never been satisfied with their online ordering and I guess the lesson is to not use the app but to come in in person. This did not get any response from the customer service person when I continued and said that I have yet to be satisfied when ordering from Jersey Mike’s they literally looked at me and said, “too bad”and went back to their work. This is completely unacceptable and I have filed a complaint with their customer service on the app and wait for a response. I will update this review once I receive it.

Staff made it extremely uncomfortable to order food . We went in two hours before close and they had the kitchen pretty much shut down, and were really upset we were placing orders . Purposely walked extremely slow to get anything from the back and huffed and rolled their eyes. A few online orders came in and the staff that was there was talking in front of me and another customer about how mad it was making them. I left without my complete order because I felt too awkward to order more . Poor staff/service/hospitality .

I recently visited the new Jersey Mike’s on Market Street and had an outstanding experience! It was clearly during their peak hours, with a line stretching out the door. I was initially worried about the wait, but the team working that day was truly exceptional.
What impressed me most was their handling of a very unpleasant customer. This individual was being incredibly rude, but the team and management remained composed, professional, and courteous. They skillfully diffused the situation, which was remarkable to witness amidst the busy lunch rush. Despite this interruption, the staff maintained their composure and worked with impressive efficiency. It was evident they were working hard, yet they remained cheerful and welcoming. The assistant manager, in particular, was incredibly effective, keeping the line moving and ensuring everyone felt valued. The manager was also very kind and took a moment to speak with me, even with everything happening. My sub was perfect, and the service was excellent. It’s truly commendable to see a business handle a busy period, and even a challenging customer, with such professionalism and a positive attitude. I will definitely be returning!

Just had an awesome experience at the new Jersey Mike’s on Market Street! I went in during what must have been their peak rush – the line was literally out the door. Honestly, I was a little worried about how long it would take, but the team there was incredible.Even with the crazy volume of customers, the staff kept their cool and were super efficient. You could tell they were working hard, but they were still smiling and friendly. I was really impressed with how the management handled everything. The assistant manager, in particular, was a total pro, keeping the line moving and making sure everyone felt acknowledged. The manager was also really nice and took the time to chat with me for a moment, even with everything going on. My sub was perfect, and the service was top-notch. Seriously, it’s great to see a place handle a rush with such professionalism and positivity. I’ll definitely be back!

I came into the store this past Saturday, 5/17 around 1PM. I opened the door to a line almost out the door and a pretty solid group waiting for online/call-in orders (what a great problem to have for a newly opened business!). I didn’t let this deter me. I saw there were many younger people (5-15) in the store that must have finished up at a soccer game (I know they were thankful for good, fresh food so close.). I chose to have a seat and wait a while to let the line calm down some. I counted three people working the front line, a young woman working a second slicer and making sandwiches on the back counter, one person on the grill and one on the register. Everyone was moving and hustling, trying to get orders taken care of, but they just kept coming in and seems like they kept coming online as well as the counter was full of tickets. It was loud in the store with so many folks, so sometimes people didn’t hear their name called when a hot sub or pick up order was ready, but that was to be expected. The store was cleaner than one would expect for a lunchtime rush on a Saturday with games and beach-goers popping in. I am sure there were many people who complained to the staff or made a call to management, but I felt compelled to write a review to commend this staff. The staff was kind and smiling, eager to move people through and get orders correct. When something got messed up for other patrons, they apologized and took blame and remade the food when needed. It looked like maybe they could have been a bit short staffed, but they were trying their hardest (which is what all our parents, hopefully, taught us was the most important thing). Special kudos to the tall young man on the front slicer greeting and engaging with customers, the young women topping sandwiches like crazy, and the lovely young woman working the back counter slicer which I am sure is uncommon and difficult as the materials are all front facing, but trying to take steps to keep up with online orders and smiling as she handed out pick up orders even though people were not always the kindest to her. I would recommend this store highly and encourage others to try them out and if you go on a weekend during lunch, be prepared it may take a little longer, but the food is great! So thankful to have this store to stop at.

This place was disgusting, I was so scared to eat my food. We had unfortunately placed a large order and when I walked in, the front looks amazing, but if you look behind the counter there is an absolute mess on the floor. Employees also looked like a mess, two of them (one transgender male and one female) both having very long hair, the female did not have her hair tied up and there were no hairnets. They had no personality or professionalism. Makes me fearful of how they keep the food if they keep themselves and the floor like this.
