The Stars at this Jersey Mike’s location that I had the pleasure in encountering are “Jennifer F” and “Jason J.” They welcomed me into the store and immediately “Jennifer” asked “How could she help me”. I told her my order, and she asked additional questions to make sure she got my order, right. Her Smile is amazing (Just a hint Smile way more, it lights the place up)! She was great and she cared about getting my order Right!!
Now, comes in “Jason”, he came from the back and changed his gloves (I love that because you don’t know what else they were doing prior to coming out of the back etc.).
Jason, paid attention to how many and which toppings I wanted, and he showed excellent customer service unlike some young people!! Jason is an asset to this location as well. He showed that he wanted to get my order right.
In conclusion, it is extremely hard to find Not only one but TWO young people these days that give a care about their job and these two had that amazing quality!
In our society today it is very hard to find young people who don’t treat you like you are just another person that walked into their place of employment and that you are inconveniencing them; Both Jennifer and Jason had excellent customer service skills and showed that they cared about me and the exemplary customer service that gave me!!
Way to go to the both of you guys (and gal)!! The future is Bright, just keep your head up and wherever you go; continue to show that same service with a smile and you’ll continue to excel and be promoted.
Keep up the Great Work!!!
Attn: Owners and / or supervisors make sure these two get something extra in their paychecks to encourage them really good!!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience at this Spring Lake location Jersey Mike’s location. As someone with a mayonnaise allergy, I always order the #13 Mikes Way, which does not include mayonnaise in their “Mike’s Way” subs. I’ve been a loyal customer of Jersey Mike’s for years, usually visiting the Aberdeen, NC store without issue.
During my recent visit to the Spring Lake store, I explicitly stated my preference for no mayonnaise and requested “Mikes Way” like I have done many times at other Jersey Mike’s locations. However, after returning home, which is 23 miles away, I discovered mayonnaise in my sandwich when I took a bite This led to an immediate allergic reaction and me getting sick.
I called the store to address this serious oversight, hoping for an apology and a refund, considering the potential health risks involved. I provided my credit card details for the refund process. Unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory. The staff member insisted on a store return for a refund, which is impractical for me due to the distance involved.
Given the gravity of this issue and the store’s reluctance to resolve it appropriately, I am considering contacting Jersey Mike’s corporate office and possibly seeking advice from outside counsel. It is vital that such mistakes are acknowledged and rectified, especially when they pose a health risk. The refusal to provide a straightforward refund for a minor order, necessitating a lengthy round trip, is unacceptable. I am determined to pursue this matter until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
