The one reason for not providing 5 stars to the atmosphere was the music. At a sports bar, I am ok with LOUD music, however, not at JM. And choose music that is appropriate for the clientele, easy listening for everyone.

This place is amazing. I eat here at least once a week and it’s always a great experience. Fast friendly and great atmosphere. They even know me by name and order which makes me feel like they really care about their guests.

My family loves Jersey Mike’s. We used to eat at this Elizabethtown location twice a week. Now we only go about once a month because every time we go our order is completely wrong or they have forgotten to make it even though it was ordered in advance. There’s never any apology for us having to wait 15 minutes for them to make it when we get there or having to bring it back from the house because they gave us someone else’s order. This can be a really good place but the workers don’t care, aren’t required to apologize or make it right when they inconvenience people, and the owner never responds to email concerns.

First time in a jersey Mike’s, didn’t realize they dont offer any toppings, and when I ordered my sub they didn’t ask what bread or size. Staff was…. eh

The food is always good but I wish the customer service was better. Just picked up an order that was supposed to be ready at 620. Got there and waited a few minutes before even being acknowledged, come to find out the didn’t even start the order. Once they gave me the food the young lady who made it didn’t apologize for the wait. Didn’t thank me for coming or enjoy my food. It was just a here ya go.

Every time I go there I get greeted by many ladies and they are always so sweet! They are more than happy to accommodate me whenever I ask for softer bread since my jaw isn’t so strong. One of my favorite spots for lunch. I always see it so empty & I wish other people would give this place a chance
