Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. Update: I spoke with the Area Director, and I appreciate her listening to my feedback and providing a solution. Thanks for the quick response as well.
2/18/26: I placed an online order at 6:59pm, my sub wasn’t ready until almost 7:40pm!! I patiently waited while walk-ins received their food before me. I asked for a refund and never received my money back.
I won’t be coming back. I would also be concerned about the sanitary conditions as well. The subs should be placed on the tissue paper not directly on the counter when making the subs. Ensure all employees are trained on sanitation.

The team at this location (Albemarle Rd, Charlotte NC) Jersey Mike’s is excellent, always working together efficiently and with a great attitude. The manager (Logan) is kind, attentive, and excellent role model. She is a fantastic leader who is very hands-on, making sure the store runs smoothly even during the busiest rushes. Everything is so fresh! The meat is sliced thin right in front of you, the bread is fantastic and tastes fresh, and the vegetables are crisp and tender. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a really positive atmosphere. The staff members are fast and knowledgeable, especially when handling every customer during busy periods.I love how management and the entire staff always seems to have fun while they work, and it shows in the quality of the service and the atmosphere. They are all so energetic and helpful. I visit this Jersey Mike’s 2 to 3 times a week. I love every employee at this location. I would recommend anyone to visit. I can’t wait until my next visit.

For the last couple of months, this place has went down. We come there to get sandwiches, and they have no bread or not the bread we like. They turn off the open sign before 8 to deter people from coming in. The last to time we came in we turned right around again no bread. We miss the old managers that kept the place together. Its hard to stop someone coming the get a free (points) sandwich but they do. We love the store when it opened we was going to the sister store in minthill, so I guess we will be going back over there it’s more of a drive but we will take it

You’re not going to get much closer to Philly than Jersey. And Jersey Mike’s does not disappoint. From the moment that you walk in, the vibe is palpable, even from the customers waiting in line. The staff immediately welcomes you, and from the overheard conversations, you know that a bunch of them are regulars. The interior is absolutely immaculate, and everything is handicap accessible. 2 full-size Philly Cheesesteaks with everything on them to go.
Everything is sliced fresh, in front of you. And the Philly Cheesesteak is everything that you want. Roll is crunchy on the outside, giving the sandwich body and stability. Soft and chewy on the inside, sopping up the grease. And everything was seasoned to perfection.
Happy Holidays. Give yourself the present of a truly phenomenal sandwich.

Not one, “how you doing?” “What can I get for you?” or NOTHING. Clearly I’m a mind reader. You would’ve thought the girl with the black glasses making my sandwich was a mime. Then the register has the nerve to ask if I’d like to tip? The tip is, teach your staff to speak & greet EVERY guest that walks in. Because familiar faces were greeted, I was not. And the sandwich stations were a MESS! I’ll stick to my usual location.

Very nice experience. The atmosphere was very good, the restaurant very clean, the service outstanding. The young lady who prepared my sandwich was kind, respectful, very careful about food preparation rules, excellent (she is on the photo). One more thing, my tuna sandwich was delicious. I will try other subs soon.

The team worked hard to provide friendly and fast service during quite a lunch rush. They did not skimp out on the meat like some locations either. Will definitely be back when I pass through again!

Pretty sad to pay 20 bucks for a sandwich and they lightly spread the tuna on the bread. Very bland, all bread and lettuce. Then they throw oil and vinegar all over the paper and miss the sandwich. I use to love jersey Mike’s. I could eat half and save the other half for later. Now, you can eat the whole sandwich and then, you are hungry again in about 2 hours. Sad.

I’ve never had better service at a Jersey Mike’s. I recently received such great service and commend Holly. She really gave attention to all customers and carried a wonderful smile that was very inviting.
Thank you so much for the welcoming and the attentiveness during my visit.

This is how a jersey mikes should be run and maintained. My greeting employee on the left in the photo was fantastic and someone who knows how to speak to the public and the big one Pay attention to what the customer is telling him. I can’t tell you how many places I stop to eat and the staff is terrible with an attitude like you are bother them. They act like they showed up to work and that’s all they are going to do. This guy on the left in the photo steller and such a joy to see work not just with me but all his customers. All other food places need to watch this guy to see how it’s down. Also this location was clean orderly and they were fast for the lunch crowd. 5 stars across the board! Also eateries need to stop pretending every customer is a door dash or app user! People sometimes don’t want to eat in a car and want to look at the menu quickly in person not scrolling on some app endlessly or can’t do that because they are driving.
