I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! My sandwich was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I wanted. What really made the visit even better was the staff. The employees were so nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, attentive, and created such a positive atmosphere. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

The food was good. The manager (red shirt with long hair) that was on shift at 12pm on 2/6 was so rude and on a power trip. The other ladies were nice but she talks over them. She went out of her way to not be nice

Horrible place. Despite telling them more than once NO MUSHROOMS due to alegries they still got it wrong!! Both sandwiches were wrong … I immediately called and explained I live an hour away… they said no problem they made a note im owed 2 remakes! Called today to let Johnathon and Brianna the manager know I’m coming to the area and would like the sandwiches. I was told nope wont do it because I did not keep the paper receipt….. as a loyalty customer I expected more from them and the corporation itself. If my husband would have died because they in fact put the thing he’s death allergic to on his sandwich it was not a big deal. I have asked my bank to dispute the charge. I have a phone recording them telling me they will remake them…. now they will not! Taking my money and honoring your products is theft! Im posting the call recording online…. and from now on I will only go to this store for my FREE sandwiches that I earn other lovations! They’ll never get another dime of out money!.. but will make my free sandwiches from here on out.

I’m genuinely disappointed by my recent experience at this location. The service was awful, and it’s clear the manager needs to reconsider who’s scheduled for Sundays. The attitudes from the staff were so bad that I actually had to tell the girl to forget about my sandwich and that I didn’t even want it anymore. If you can’t prepare food with even a little care or enthusiasm, why should anyone want to eat it or waste their money on it?
It’s frustrating to leave this review, especially since I had a great experience just a few days ago during the week around lunchtime—different staff, seemed more professional, and actually greeted me. Unfortunately, the Sunday crew really gave this place a bad name, especially the two women working around 12:30 PM on 10/25/2025.
I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes some changes to improve the serviceI’m

I’m honestly baffled by how low the bar must be here. When you can’t be bothered to cut a sandwich all the way through, it says a lot about the level of care—or lack of it—being put into the job. This isn’t some complex request; it’s basic attention to detail.
If an employee can’t complete something as simple and standard as cutting a sandwich properly, it makes me seriously question their work ethic and, more importantly, who thought they were qualified to be hired in the first place. Small things matter in food service, and this place clearly doesn’t understand that.
