What I love most about Jersey Mike’s is how personal it feels. They don’t rush you; they don’t treat you like a number in line. They ask how your day is going, remember your usual order, and make your food with an attention that’s honestly rare in fast-casual dining.
When I get my sub Mike’s Way, the burst of flavors-fresh veggies, that perfect oil-and-vinegar mix, and the seasoning-makes me genuinely happy. It sounds dramatic, but there’s something uplifting about knowing there’s a place where they put heart into every single sandwich.

I’ve tried plenty of sandwich places, but Jersey Mike’s is on another level. The staff is friendly and fast, and the subs are packed with flavor. Getting my sandwich “Mike’s Way” takes it to a whole new amazing level. Highly recommended!

They say that the bread is baked fresh in store, but what I got must have been baked a few weeks ago. Stale and hard. (White). I thought I’d give Jersey Mike’s a chance, but I’ll be going back to my other sub shop that makes a reliable sandwich.

Ordered at 12:30, ready for pickup at 1:01pm. As of 1:27pm I am still standing here while they have served 20+ people in line. No update, just a “sorry for the wait.” Will not be back.

Just left at 1:36. 1hr & 6 mins to make 3 subs. Lol

Long time customer, here. I’m talkin’ 20+ years. Some even say my first words were “a number 8, Mike’s way”. I digress. Unfortunately, today I come to the interwebs disappointed.

While my experiences from years past have been full of delicious food and pleasant customer service, recently, it has been quite the opposite. The food is not quite on par, but still good. The service, on the other hand, was atrocious.

The last three weeks I have been to this location regularly. On the same day, at the same time, each time the same staff working (or lack thereof). I’m not one that requires Chick-fil-A level service, but a little something more than being greeted into the store with a scowl and “what do you want”. No ‘hello!’, no ‘how are you today?’ Nothing. Consistently. For three weeks. The same thing.

The young lady working at the counter (consistently on Sunday mornings the last month) taking orders looks like she would rather take on any fear factor challenge of your choosing over serving customers, at her job, where she gets paid…to serve customers. I get it – I’m human, I have bad days, and I’ve always sworn by giving hospitality workers a little leeway because I know it’s not an easy job. But this poor? Consistently for three weeks? I had to draw the line.

The condescending tone, the complete disregard for what I order and what is given to us (order messed up multiple times), or my favorite, the eye roll. Today when asked “what do you want” I met her with a “good morning, how are you?!” To which I was met with an eye roll while staring directly at me, a sarcastic laugh, and being talked about negatively with coworkers as me and my family are standing right there listening. It’s unacceptable.

I have also been hoaxed out of approximately 3 children’s fountain drinks for the kids meals I’ve ordered. Was told kids meals don’t come with drinks (that’s odd, menu must be wrong). This has cost me approximately $8.01. Just FYI.

Sorry, Jersey Mikes, that’s it for me. 20+ years of looking forward to your sandwiches every week. Memories made, good times had, all gone now. I will not support a restaurant that allows their employees to treat customers in this manner, openly speaking poorly about them, condescending tones, no attention to detail, and the eye rolling, I hate the eye rolling.

Any way. I know this message means little to nothing and will be read by maybe 6 people. But I feel better venting. Thanks for listening.

Subway, I’ll see you soon.

This has been out favorite location for the last 4to5 years. The staff the food, everything was perfect. Fast forward for the last few months it has changed so drastically that we do not enjoy going there anymore. Always new employees wandering around like they aren’t sure exactly what they need to do. Seems to have no interest in doing a good job and having a return customer. Stopped there yesterday and there was one other customer plus the two of us. Ordered the tuna in a tub and it looked more like a heavy soup rather than the tuna you usually get, it was mostly mayonnaise. Ordered a turkey & cheese kids meal, one thin slice of cheese and not enough turkey ti cover the bread, since it was made with the end piece of bread one would have thought they were eating a bread sandwich.
