Excellent service, very fresh meats and veggies. For anything this good you have to be patient. So! If you don’t have time to wait for it or to call ahead, don’t eat there. Move on down to Subway..lol. That way those of us who do love it will get ours quicker and won’t have to listen to the whiners. I stood there waiting to be checked out; My sub was already finished and wrapped. The cashier ignored me for three older white gentlemen and expected me to wait for her to ring them up, despite the fact that they hadn’t even had their sandwiches made yet. She looked at me and knew that she had placed their order in front of mine despite my sandwich already being done. This was a blatant act of racism and I don’t encourage any other person of color to eat there. She purposely ignored me being there after I was already in front of the gentleman who was playing for a group of people. There is nothing quite worse than being the only African American in an establishment and to be treated as if my money isn’t pure enough. There was no reason I should have been ignored when my sandwich was already done. I guarantee you if I go back they still won’t make it right. I believe a few trainings on racial biases wouldn’t hurt you all. I mean, I’ve never seen a person a color that works there either. To all people of color wanting to go to this location, be prepared to be ignored and treated as if you are as useless as the scrap pieces of lettuce they throw away after it falls off the sides of sandwiches.

Was a dark and stormy kind of day. I was hungry and felt that a sub would solve all my problems. I called in to ask if they did birthday subs still. Figured I would give it a shot and ask since I was working on my birthday. When they answered the phone, I knew they still loved me after all we been through. They were so kind and loving. They said sir, tell me what you want. So, I ordered a club sub. Not only did they have the sub fixed for me. But , they said happy birthday when I picked up my sub. I got back to work and open my sub and saw a note wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a sweet and thoughtful thing to do. Then I bit into the sub and realized they really did love me. With every bite.. it was an emotional experience of deliciousness, I realized I wasn’t ready for. The crispyness of the bacon as it met the culinary blessings of the condiments and meat were beyond expectations. You guys really did make my birthday better. Love Michael.
