Employee was throwing the ingredients of my sandwich onto the bread and barely anything actually landed inside the sandwich. I ordered a BLT, so I expected a nice bed of lettuce on top of the bacon. I even asked her to fix it, but she wasn’t capable of slowing down to properly assemble the sandwich. She insisted on being sloppy and throwing everything around. Left with a sandwich with barely anything in it – most of the ingredients ended up being swept off the counter into the trash after missing the bread.

This was my first time in a Jersey Mike’s Subs. I shared the giant Italian sub and I had them cut it in half and then they also caught it in another half to make it easier to eat.
We went with the Parmesan rosemary bread and it was pretty good. I would probably want to try it toasted, next time. The people at this location are really nice.
Glad they also had one of my favorite bottle sweet tea!

Jersey Mike’s Subs states they are allergy friendly… going to see how they handle food was eye opening. Not only did the staff not seem aware, but the guy goes to just wipe down the slicer with a nasty rag. So not even sanitary let alone care about food allergies. The lady behind my wife and I also walked out. As that was disgusting to see and she too said she had food allergies. Avoid this chain and especially this one.

My husband and I ate at the Jersey Mike’s at North Creek Village tonight 8/14/25. The food was good as usual, but what impressed us most was your young staff Kaitlyn, Zech & Cruz. They were all so pleasant, professional, never stopping and doing their jobs with smiles. Kaitlyn was cleaning when we walked in, promptly took out orders and they were all still cleaning the restaurant when we were leaving. You have a very impressive young staff with obvious stellar work ethics.

My son and I came in on 12/22 around 1pm… This place was VERY busy and I just have to say how lovely the employees handled themselves while serving everyone with a smile! Each person worked together to move the line along quickly, and everyone was SO nice and friendly. Spectacular service!!

This is my Favorite Jersey Mike’s to go to. I have several that are equal distances apart, and I choose to go here. The young lady taking my order tonight was awesome!!! I forgot her name, but she had an awesome set of tattoos on her right arm. She nailed my very specific order and let me out of there with an awesome sandwich and a great experience!!!

ZERO STARS……After today 03/29/2024 at about 3:30pm I’ll never return to this location again. When I walked in a male employee was sweeping. At first everything was fine. He walks over to the sink just to put on gloves (NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS). I ordered regular #17 & the male employee never asked me if I wanted to add any condiments to it. He walks away towards the grill & I said: excuse me? Is it okay if I add any condiments to my sub. I get ignored. Another customer walks in & he yells to his coworker in the back? Hey? I need you up here. She reply’s: Do it yourself. I said excuse me sir? (once again) can I add extra condiments to my sub. His reply is no, you’ve already given me your order. I said excuse me? Did you just tell me NO? I said you know what? I know longer want anything from this business? I walked out & that will be that. I’ll never return to this location & they haven’t even been open a year yet.
