I let my daughter go in store to pick up our online order. She got confused and ordered a whole new sandwich. I went in to apologize about the mix up and collect our online order. All of the staff on 2/21/26 were SO NICE, this is literally the best Jersey Mikes ever!! Thank you for being so kind!! All the food was yummy too!

Usually love this place. Just called because the App would let me place an order for tonight. I called and spoke with Malaki. He said they can’t except orders past 8:40. Keep in mind it is 8:40 while I am talking to him on the phone. It would be much easier to take the order and let me pick it up before closing versus showing up and now you’d be staying past closing. If you’re now closing at 8:40, you need to change your hours online so we know. Disappointed tonight.

I have never been to Jersey Mike’s and I doubt I will ever again. I have never my life thought that I would spend over $18 for a foot-long. If I had more time for lunch, I would’ve gone somewhere else. Although the sub was good, Publix has just as good if not better subs at half the price.

Ordered lunch for delivery and they left a sandwich out. Upon calling the store manager accused my wife of lying- “I know that sandwich was there because I packed it myself.” Well I was the one that removed the 3 strips of tape and found only 3 sandwiches. So it must be ME that is lying and unfortunately for you, Sam the manager, there are only 3 sandwiches.
Mistakes can be fixed with decent customer service(customer is always right, fyi… and also actually right in this case) but THIS they will not recover from as far as we’re concerned.

Order a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with portobello mushrooms for my wife. Got it home the meat and everything did not come up halfway to the top of the roll. Called to ask about it and the guy that made the sandwich said well the portobellos are As well as the onions and peppers. Worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever seen

I normally love this location, except today all the tables were dirty, no sweet tea and girl cutting the meats did not add the cheese to my #8. She was scraping the bottom of the meat ends and not full slices on our sandwiches. I had the pleasure of meeting the Owner a few months ago and would think he would be very disappointed on our visit today. They were not busy at all today when we went in at 2:00 so this can’t be blamed for not cleaning the tables. We were the last to leave and all employees were in the back. When I mentioned the sweet tea was not sweetened, (Christian ?) said we could add more sugar.
