Disgusting meal ever! The chicken didn’t look like chicken. This is supposed to be a sub in a bowl. The chicken was hard and tasted fake. The staff acted like she didn’t understand my spouse when he said ‘sub in a bowl.’ The first time, I melted the cheese, returned the order, and it was worse. I will never go there again! Waste of $10. They don’t deserve NO stars for this one.

this jersey mike’s location is the GOAT. i ordered a sub in a tub from the on their app a few days ago and i asked them this in the special instructions (pic 1). not only did they succeed, they went above and beyond (pic 2) and also gave me a laugh while picking it up.
on a separate occasion in september 2024, i added similar instructions in the app and they went WAY above and WAY beyond (pic 3. the left is ONLY pickles and banana peppers!) needless to say i was MORE than happy for this. thank you so much for supporting a pickle lover like me! keep up the great work!

The past few times I have been to this Jersey Mike’s The staff have just been wonderful. They are welcoming, friendly and on top of things. I know the service industry is hard work and it’s hard to find good people, but they have seem to landed on it here!

Good morning crew that worked today on Monday February 23rd 2026 did an amazing job on my food I was there yesterday morning and there was definitely a difference in how my food was prepared I ordered a sub in a bowl and the way the morning crew today prepared my salad for the bowl was amazing thank you so much

I have never been disappointed with customer service at this location, until today. The two, young teenagers that were working, didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I walked in. The girl (darker skin tone), stood up from her seat in the back, no smile, no “hello”, no “how are you”, no “what can I help you with”, nothing. Waited for a second and I finally said “ I guess I’ll have a regular #8 on white”. Still no response. Then the young man (Afro) came out, still no acknowledgment, and asked her, NOT me, what I ordered. The ONLY reason I give this visit a 2 on atmosphere, because a young lady (light skin, with red hair), came to the register, SMILING and said “would you like your receipt?” Once I said no, still smiling, she said “Ok, have a great day”.

Rated this location a year ago, and to no one’s surprise it’s gotten worse. Whoever was staffing on 11/24/25 need to be looked into, not only the sandwhich being completely wrong, whole storefront was disgusting, definitely order your JM’s from a different location hope we will get a better location to Kannapolis soon.

Cassie and Austin are the best!! We walked they were all smiles! They made sure we were happy with our food and also made sure it was made correctly. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was clean! At the end of our visit they welcomed us back. I wish more quick eating spots provided great customer service like the two of them. Visit you won’t be disappointed! They make the best subs in town!
