I called in the morning of my large corporate event and ordered 4 of the catering boxes of subs, salads, chips, cookies, and drinks: they were so kind and accommodated me on short notice. I arrived early and they were prompt and extremely helpful. I will absolutely be ordering from here again for a future of events.

I never had sandwiches/subs from this chain but once I had it, I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. I visit the store in Goldsboro and Wilson…very good food and experience!

I grew up near PP Beach and visited the original Jersey Mike’s many times growing up. The bread was large, the meat plenty, and lettuce onions and tomatoes filled the sandwich.

Fast forward to today in Wilson, NC. I ordered a “giant” turkey and provolone. I watched the worked carefully place paper thin slices of provolone. Then another single layer of thinly sliced turkey. This was all topped with some onions, lettuce and tomatoes.

This was not the sandwich I remembered from growing up. I realize that everything is more expensive now but charging almost $19 for a lethargic sandwich is robbery.

Where’s the MEAT !!!!!

Last 4 times i did an online order i get there 5 minutes after the estimated ready time and still have to wait 20 minutes and it isn’t busy inside the store, first time this happened i was given 3 free sub coupons, but im not looking for handouts when my time is more valuable and cannot be replaced. That’s the point of the online order. And i also would leave a tip even though i wasn’t actual service.

I visited last week and I have never been so disappointed by a Jersey Mike’s before. I ordered ahead and got my food. My bread was hard as a rock. I ordered the white bread and half of my sub looked like the rosemary parm bread but they pulled off all the cheese (I know because the bottom of the bread had cheese all stuck to the bread, if someone had a dairy allergy they could have seriously been hurt). There was so much mayo on my food that I had to take it apart and scrape it all off with a paper towel. I definitely won’t be going back to Jesery Mike’s for a long while.

The best sandwich I’ve had since I moved from NY to Wilson. Brought me so much good memories from the “Bodega” sandwiches. I had the chicken phily cheese steak. I Will be back for more…

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. The store was noticeably dirty, and I had to ask the cashier to change his gloves after he rang me up and then tried to prepare food with the same pair—completely unacceptable. I quietly pointed it out, and only then did he change them. To make matters worse, the food made my daughter extremely sick and upset my stomach as well. Definitely won’t be returning.

I’ve always been a loyal fan of Jersey Mike’s, as they consistently have the best subs. However, this review isn’t about the food—it’s about the exceptional service I witnessed today. I had the pleasure of encountering a young employee named Tyler, who is still in high school. Despite his age, Tyler demonstrated remarkable professionalism and composure when faced with an incredibly rude customer. He handled the situation with grace, patience, and a level of maturity that was truly impressive. Kudos to his parents for raising such a polite and well-mannered individual, and to Jersey Mike’s for having such a stellar team member.

I’ve never had a bad experience at jersey mikes till i came to this one in wilson. Usual steak filled sub was skimpy on meat. Asked for extra lettuce gave us less than normal amount. Asked for extra oil no vinegar Got little oil and vinegar. Will no longer go to the wilson jersey mikes.
