Always clean and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I do a lot of online orders for pick up and if it’s not already in the pick up window someone always helps me really quickly. I’ve never had a wrong order or food not ready at the estimated time. It’s always fresh and delicious and hot if I order hot food. None of the food has ever been mushy from sitting if I’m running late to pick up my order and it’s always delicious and reminds me of subs from Delaware (home state) with the quality. I also love the points system and I often have free food available without even realizing because they add up quickly.

I am actually learning to love Jersey Mike’s subs. I love the BLT on any type of bread because they give a hearty portion of crispy bacon (which I love). The service was good at this location, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. When I was there, someone was being escorted our by emergency medical service personnel from the bathroom, which was odd. But overall, it was a good experience at the Tarboro, NC location.

I just picked up my order for my family, and everytime your subs are delicious. However, It baffles me why when I place my order and put names to each sub ordered on your website, River Oaks Landing store doesn’t bother to label them, with names or the sub number. This service is provided with all the other stores I’ve visited. (PS.. there was no other customers in the store at the time) Have a look into this and I’ll have no problems with a 5 star rating! Thanks!

My favorite sub place & my favorite sub. Stop there to get the sub and once I got home to think I was going to enjoy it, here comes a piece of glass in my sub….that just made me not want to ever go to another Jersey Mike or eat out again. What bothers me the most when I call the manager to notify her she said, just bring it back we will make you another one but not one time did she APOLOGIZED. Be careful when eating out anywhere.
