I’m an avid Jersey Mike’s Patron. I’m in sales and do a lot of lunch and learns at various professionals offices and use the jersey mikes app beyond frequently. I’m a huge fan of their service and their products. However, this store has had quite a few issues- once I placed an order for said lunch and learn with 30 minutes of notice showed up earlier to find the store was scrambling to fulfill a massive order for a local school. That’s great but what should have happened was an alert be issued of either high volume or a phone call made letting me know the situation. Luckily my client was understanding and had patience especially knowing who we already were. If it were a new client opportunity that may have cost me the business.

Today’s experience has prompted me to make a one star review. I typically do not do that along with tipping below a minimum 15% no matter how bad a server is. But I feel it’s only necessary in hopes that maybe the store can improve/reach out and make this situation right. Otherwise I will be finding a new location to patronage.

I ordered a #8 the club sub. I requested relish and tomatoes in the side. I did get the relish. The sub was to include bacon, mayo, mustard, lettuce, oil and vinegar, pickles, salt pepper and oregano. Mayo, mustard, oil, vinegar, bacon, tomatoes all were missing. The amount of meat was probably half as much as you typically receive.

I made 5-6 calls all to end in the disconnected notification and was not able to relay the issue and possibly have a correct sub delivered as I was in a tight deadline and could not go back to the restaurant. Attached are photos of the attempted calls, the cross section of the sandwich, and an aerial of what the sub looked like. This was not worth $20. Love to possibly hear how this can be made right.

​I was excited to visit this new location, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
​I placed an order with the gentleman who has a mustache for a Giant #16 Chicken Philly. I specified exactly what I wanted on it. After waiting a while, the lady preparing the food called my name. When I got home, I found I had been given a regular Steak Philly instead of the Chicken Philly I requested. To make matters worse, the sandwich also smelled slightly scorched/burnt.
​I immediately called the store and spoke with a different gentleman. I had to repeat my issue—that I received a regular steak instead of a chicken Philly—to him several times before he understood and assured me he would process a full refund. I am currently waiting to see how long that process takes.
​Feedback for Management: Please have your staff understand the difference between a Chicken Philly and a regular Steak Philly. I’m not sure if the communication breakdown was with the order taker or the grill cook, but please get it right. I also suggest training on clear communication, as I had to repeat my refund request multiple times to the person answering the phone. Given the high price of food, I expect the order to be correct. I will not be returning to this location.

The sandwich was inedible. It looked disgusting. The meat is a mystery. I ordered no tomatoes and there’s tomatoes. The store called the liquid “oil/juice!” I tried to speak to a manager/supervisor/shift lead over the phone and none were available. I DoorDashed because I was in a hurry getting ready for work. The person that I spoke with offered to re-make the sandwich if I brought it back! I just want my money back.

Today we ordered a large sub box from this location. Most of our team is flexible but two don’t eat pork, so I ordered a set of turkey and provolone. Unfortunately we received ham instead of turkey that was labeled turkey. No big deal let’s get it fixed. When I called the location we spoke with general manager. She stated that she packaged it and that I was lying. Outright called me a liar then when challenged hung up on me. We order from this location a lot, but will not be continuing. Please see photos.

everytime i go here my hot sub is always cooked poorly, most recently i ordered doordash and got a #26 with no changes at all, but they delivered me a sub with only chicken and cheese when it comes with bacon, lettuce, and tomato as well. This is the worst jersey mikes i have ever been to in my life, they need to fire their whole staff and find new people because these have to be the worst dumbest workers ever for them to mess up my order the few times i’ve had to order from here because my doordash app won’t let me change locations. Worst place ever.

hit or miss with online orders – seems to be a common occurrence here that hasn’t been solved. As a woman in cyber sales, take your customer service seriously. It’s not hard to train high school kids to monitor the online ordering system. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up order and see 5 people get served in front of me… doesn’t that defeat the purpose?

Oh and teach them how to greet people when you walk in the door! A simple smile and hello goes a long way 😉

Otherwise food is good and I love jersey mikes!

I placed my order online and it said that it would be ready at 5:59pm. I arrived on time and they had not started on my order which was 3 sandwiches. After waiting for almost 20 minutes and asking about my order multiple times they finally told me it was ready.

I watched 5 different people come in with multiple orders and receive their food while I waited. The gentleman told me that someone had taken my order and they had to reprint my ticket. That was not true at all because upon arrival another employee pointed to my ticket and said they would start on it “in a little bit”.

I have been there about 6 times and my order has never been ready when it was supposed to be.

When this restaurant first opened up they were all very professional and we didnt have an issue. Now there are very young people working there and they do not pay attention to what they are doing. Missing items on sandwich and the last visit she cut the Giant Sandwich into 3 large pieces instead of 4 which was very strange.

This experience was HORRENDOUS. I’m assuming that it was the manager (who was seated on a laptop) telling her coworkers how she was just getting over being sick and not feeling 100%…..she then proceeds to COUGH INTO THE AIR WITHOUT COVERING HER MOUTH. I hope your stores have cameras. This happened at approximately 11:40AM on Nov. 23rd 2025. Absolutely disgusting!
