My day and experience today was made better by the great interaction I just had at this location. A young man by the name of Amir greeted me with a smile and amazing energy. I love great customer service, especially in a day and age where it’s hard to find people in the service industry who truly love the work they do. You can absolutely tell that he loves what he does and respects his job. I just wanted to let management know that you have a great employee in him and I plan to return. Thank you Amir! You made my day and the sandwich was amazing.
I will ask management to clean the ice dispenser in the soda machine. You can see signs of mold.

I’ve been coming here for years and always had good experience. Last night, there were 2 young gentleman working hard right before closing. They managed to handle several large to-go orders plus a restaurant full of customers quickly and efficiently. The two young men deserve recognition because not many people could handle that situation the way that they did. They communicated to all customers of what is in and out of stock plus gave everyone an accurate timeline. As always, the food was delicious and the store was very clean. 2 young men managed to hold down the fort and deliver great service. Kudos to them!

Not the best experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The guy making my sub dropped his glove on the floor and then just put it back on like nothing happened—definitely not the most sanitary move. On top of that, my side of pickles had a weird chemical taste, like they had been sitting in cleaning solution. The sandwich itself was decent, but after seeing the glove situation, I couldn’t really enjoy it. Probably won’t be back to this location anytime soon.

I’m not sure what their names were- but there were only 2 guys working and he before closing. Someone had an online order of 8 subs and then me my husband, 2 different ladies, and another guys came in shortly after us. They were running out of bread, like literally nothing. And they busted their butts off. And it was kinda cute because one guy was getting overwhelmed, but still held his composure, and the other guy was lifting his spirits saying “it’s okay man we can only work with what we got. We got this, it’s going to be okay” it was super sweet. And they explained to everyone what bread they had left and made it work for everyone! But yeah they literally had no bread left Thank you again food was yummy! Happy Holidays

The customer service is more than lacking at this location. I pull up and see a worker smoking on the side of the building. I pull up as he’s walking in. He walks in and grabbed my sub & walked about out with seconds. He clearly didn’t have time to wash his hands. He decided acknowledge us and shoved the sub in through the passenger window. I said thank you! He said nothing. I said thank you again and he waved me off. This is the first time I’ve ordered through the app or done curbside. This is the same hateful looking dude that checked me out the last time I was at this location. Maybe he needs to stay home permanently and smoke another cigarette. Half of the sub was strangely hard. I don’t recall my subs normally seeming baked. Maybe they left it in a warmer. I ordered the sub 30-45 minutes before, but set the time. I pulled up 3 minutes after time, so I’m guessing it was sitting or maybe just over cooked. I’m not sure I’ll return to this location. I’m not giving my money to someone to be treated rudely. He’s very nasty. Go home!!!!

I was greeted by a young gentleman as soon as I walked in. I stopped by with a big order and I have to say that Keith was incredible!! They were buy but still managed to take care of all customers in a fast way. Again kudos to Keith, very good leader.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had, not just here but at any restaurant. The lady who made my good was rude and didn’t even make it properly. I told her I had the wrong sandwich and she gave me a ton of attitude, sighed underneath her breath, and referred to me as something I won’t write here, which my five year old son also heard and repeated. When I got my sandwich, the chicken was cold and didn’t taste cooked at all (I ordered the Buffalo Chicken). I didn’t even bother going up there because I didn’t feel like getting cussed at again or dealing with the attitude. I paid almost 50 dollars for sub par sandwiches with tons of attitude and being called a racial slur. Stay away from here at all costs, and if you do go and see the lady with red hair just run. Absolutely terrible. The owner should just clean house

I honestly wish this location was closest to me but it is worth the drive! I’ve been several occasions now and the employees are so kind! Even when the line was long and they had a lot going on, they chat with the customers while they work and make you feel like coming back. A+ to these guys!

I walked in at 8:45pm today. I wanted to order their Original Italian sandwich. I started to order. However, the guy working that night was rude and to appeared to not want to be there. I am not sure if it was because I came in 15 minutes before closing. I decided to cancel my order due to the service received. I don’t support bad service. This is the reason for my 1 star rating.

This is our local Jersey Mikes and my sons favorite place for a sub. Service is always great and the subs are good as well. The one time we had an issue Kevin took care of the issue quickly and without making me feel in the wrong.
