Entire order overcooked and incorrect. We called and all the manager says is “I’m sorry” and blamed a poorly trained employee which is terrible management honestly! For $40 my husband and I received 2 dry, overcooked, subs both missing the onions and peppers that come on the sub, that my husband was sure to request. My little row of meat is burned, my bread is stale, it looks like they took a blow dryer to this thing but somehow my cheese isn’t melted all the way adding to the extreme dryness! My husbands chicken sub is on wheat but doesn’t look any better and is also missing vegetables and moisture. We have eaten here before and it was fine, not great but fine this is TERRIBLE! We won’t be back! It’s super disappointing. Find somewhere else to get an overpriced and disappointing sub, make it at home you definitely can’t do any worse.

Greatest sub destination of all time. Jersey Mike’s has completely redefined what a sandwich should be. Every time I walk in, I know I’m getting a fresh, made-to-order sub that feels like it came straight from a neighborhood deli rather than a chain restaurant. What sets Jersey Mike’s apart is the quality—everything tastes incredibly fresh. The bread is soft but sturdy, never soggy, and it has that just-baked smell that hits you as soon as you open the wrapper. The meats and cheeses are sliced right in front of you, not pre-packaged, and that alone makes a huge difference in flavor.
The “Mike’s Way” style—onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oregano, and their signature red wine vinegar and olive oil blend—takes any sandwich from good to perfect. The vinegar and oil balance everything with brightness and richness, creating a sandwich that tastes like it was handcrafted with care.
Beyond the food, the staff at Jersey Mike’s consistently go above and beyond. They’re friendly, efficient, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Whether it’s remembering your usual order or suggesting new combinations, the service feels personal.
In a world full of fast-food shortcuts, Jersey Mike’s continues to stand out by prioritizing quality, freshness, and exceptional customer experience. Every visit leaves you wanting to come back.

$24 loaf of bread.
Barely enough meat to even call a sandwich.
How do they got off putting 1 oz of meat in a “big” kahuna cheesesteak. I had to go out and hit my son a second dinner. Pathetic.

If this were not the only game in town they would be bankrupt. Never again. Holly springs location is the absolute worst!!!!!

I haven’t been to another sub sandwich restaurant in years ever since I first had Jersey Mikes. Growing up on Long Island, there was a deli in every town that could make a killer sandwich with fresh sliced cold cuts and vegetables. For some reason no one but Jersey Mikes can figure that out down here in NC, or anywhere else. (Don’t even get me started on breakfast sandwiches..) This particular location gets it right every time. Very fast and polite. Service gets a 4/5 only because I’ve had to remind a new worker to add bacon and mayo to a number 8 or 9 once in a while. Also they have forgotten the oil/vinegar (“the juice”) on the side with app delivery orders before and it has been one of the worst things that has ever happened to me in my entire life. Stuff of nightmares.

I stop by this location probably once a week at this point and no matter how busy they are- they always provide excellent service! I always order a club sub with an ungodly amount of pickles loaded onto that bad boy and the consistently and deliciousness of the sub is always outstanding! The team is great, the place is clean, and the food is 10/10. Will return for pickles with a side of sandwhich.

This place is absolutely filthy. Food all over the floor behind the counter. Drink and ice machine look like it’s been months/years/never since they’ve been cleaned. Zero chance I’d consume the ice or even the water – nozzles and levers are absolutely DISGUSTING. Only reason I’m eating my sandwich is because I’m exhausted and it’s too late to go somewhere else.
Quality of food: worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to.
Quality of service: worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to.
Said something to the guy at the register because of how gross his gloves were and he just laughed about it and kept wrapping more sandwiches and running the register.
Terrible experience.
Would definitely NOT recommend.

Very good sandwiches… albeit a bit pricy, and sometimes takes a little longer than expected, but considering my order is always right and the staff are super polite and helpful, I don’t mind. I usually see the same couple guys when I go in and they don’t hesitate to give recommendations and make small talk. Kudos to them.

I had the worse experience here. It’s been at least 5 months now and I still stay away from this location. I’m a nurse and was harassed by a customer while on my lunch break in there and everyone just stood there watching I had to defend myself by myself while everyone stared and I never to returned since. Imagine, the very person who can save your life is the one you decide to harass and yell at for god knows what reason and everyone around decides to do nothing to top it off. No manager stepped in, no staff nothing. I tell everyone about this story that will listen and I’ve been meaning to leave this review because I made it my mission to go to the next town over for Jersey mikes no matter how close this one is to my house. I’m not surprised that they’re no where near 5 stars. If you go to this location proceed with caution. If anything happens to you they’ll just stare at you. They will not stand up for you or at-least de-escalate anything. If you are reading this, You have been warned.

They need training from Jersey Mikes in Apex. My bread had apparently been sitting out for a few days, so they turned into big croutons

I switched to this JM bc precious one kept getting orders wrong despite lots of comments. This one was better until recently, last couple months the service, speed, and attention to detail has detracted. I am not sure if it is due to turnover but more training and focus is needed.
