This evening I stopped by to grab a sandwich. The shop was very busy during the dinner hour. The staff was down by 2 people. But I was very impressed by this group of young adults who worked very hard and efficiently to keep things moving and keep the clientele satisfied. They were professional, upbeat and mature beyond their years. The owner is blessed to have employees of their caliber running the shop. I will be back. Keep up the great work!

Don’t order any hot sandwiches, takes so long ! Cold cuts are faster at least. Barely any customers and still 20 mins wait for the sandwich. This is not the only time, every time. On top of that got the order completed wrong, pretty much kids working in the store so can’t expect much. Liked the brand, not anymore. Better options around.

I visited Jersey Mike’s in Holly Springs for the first time today. I was welcomed and greeted like a friend. My sub was delicious, fresh and fast. I loved seeing smiling faces and having excellent customer service, thanks for filling my belly and making me smile. What a great team!

Ordered a regular #1 BLT and two Giant #8 Clubs. $42.70! Got to my kid’s house and there was no bacon on the two clubs! Called the store – Jacob the manager told me he would refund the #1 which is $7.95 because “that’s about how much bacon would be on the two clubs”. I told him no way is this acceptable! Horrible customer service here. We bought the two clubs because we wanted clubs! Bacon is a pretty key ingredient and two Giants would have a lot more bacon than one Regular BLT. The $8 credit he put through on my payment card is a joke. Just lost a potential future customer over this. First time in a J-Mikes, and my last time.
