Henderson, NC-I want to shout out the Jersey Mike’s store in Henderson, North Carolina at the time roughly 6:30 PM. This Crew, from the front to the back of the house, we’re amazing. I walked in there nervous because I had just began a new diet. The short order cooked, took the time to explain to me what I could order and even accommodated me as I was diabetic. Each staff member made me feel real comfortabe about getting a bowl instead of a sandwich, as I cannot tolerate the carbs. I ended up getting a steak bowl and it was delicious. They fixed my order with prompt and professional customer service. Even though they were busy, they acknowledged everyone and made everyone feel comfortable just as did ,creating a more than welcoming atmosphere. Way to go Vance Co. Jersey Mike team.

Was happy to find out Henderson has a JM. Typically eat from 15/501 Chapel Hill a bunch. Ordered in app for pick up. Bread was really fresh (which isn’t the case at a bunch of locations), and sandwich was made perfect. Great service. They followed instructions perfectly.

The ladies working at this store had the restaurant clean as a whistle. They also were moving and shaking making great subs, prepping, and grilling. They all seemed to be getting along and worked together like a well organized army. Wish this store was in Raleigh! My sub was amazing thank you girls. When we ride Harleys that way will make I a point to stop in.

SLOW!!
We ordered online at 3:30p. When we showed up 20 minutes later there were five employees and three customers. They HAD NOT STARTED the order. One employee was browsing the internet on her phone, another was standing, doing nothing, in front of a sink.
We did not get our food until “the expected completion time” (as quoted by another employee) of 4:04p.

This Jersey Mike’s was clean, fast, and friendly. Everyone working was very kind to our family. The manager was outgoing and friendly. He knew customers by name, talked with everyone, spent time outside with a leaf blower to make everything look nice. He and his staff were always cleaning and wiping stuff down. This was the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to.

I am SO GLAD they made a franchise here in Henderson, the staff is friendly smiling service and quick with your subs. When you ask for extra meat on your subs, they ain’t cheap about it! And thank God, I don’t have to go all the way to wake forest to get a good sub. It is worth the trip, but gas expenses are cruel. I love coming to this place to get a sub and man, they are delicious since the day they opened up here.

I placed an online order. It said it would be ready in 30 minutes. So I came in 30 minutes. Not ready.
I waited at the register for 7 minutes to ask about it. No one acknowledged me. So I thought i will wait for them to put in on the pickup rack. Now it is over and hour. Many have come and gone. The workers are mostly chatting in the back.
I asked and they couldn’t find my order. Finally they found it, they had put it to the side. My hot sub was cold. And of course the sandwich was made wrong.
Why do they even ask for a tip??
