The workers are always so inviting upon entering this establishment. The ingredients are fresh and they fix the subs supremely. The eating area is comfortably arranged. The reward/points program is awesome! Nothing like being rewarded to eat delicious food!

The food is always great, but it’s also nice to know that they have great people working there too. My husband and I were at our son’s baseball game in Fayetteville and ordered Door Dash. He put in our current location, but somehow it defaulted back to Goldsboro. I immediately called Jersey Mike’s and they were happy to cancel the order for us. The lady I spoke with offered to have the manager call Door Dash to convince them to give us a refund. She called me back a couple times working with me to get the refund. They definitely went above and beyond!!! Thank you so much, Jersey Mikes!!

I need someone to answer the phone! A BLT was ordered with 2 cheese steaks. Even after it being repeated multiple times and trying to correct them when making it, they refused to listen and made 3 cheese steaks, one with bacon lettuce and tomato added. Was told when tried to correct them while they were making it “ oh it’ll be right, don’t worry”. I’ve called over 5 times, no answer. I understand being busy, or if you don’t understand what’s ordered… ask for clarification, ask for help. I’ve worked in the food industry for more than 6 years and I’ve never complained like this. It’s literally the easiest sun/ sand which ever. Someone needs to answer the phone, now!

I came into this establishment today around 3:20 and ordered a #55 which is the big kahuna chicken cheesesteak. I ordered it in a bowl. When I got to work it was steak instead of chicken and I called back several times only for no one to answer the phone. This is the second time they have messed up my order and no one available for me to complain to.
