just stopped by on a sunday night kinda close to closing, i wasn’t gonna come inside (i sent my bf in lol) but i did and im so glad i did because i kinda ask for a pretty specific sandwich and they always make sure to confirm but girllllll when it came to toppings the two girls who were working tonight were on it!! started off w some compliments and they made all of the sandwich’s we got to perfection and they were also all very sweet and kind as well as everyone else in the store. When i walk in and see them now i know im getting a good sandwhich.

The workers are always so inviting upon entering this establishment. The ingredients are fresh and they fix the subs supremely. The eating area is comfortably arranged. The reward/points program is awesome! Nothing like being rewarded to eat delicious food!

I went to the store to pick up the food tonight around 8 pm, I was just asking the lady who passed the bag to make sure there was the drink in there, but she confirmed with me that the tea in there already so after I walked back to the car and carried the bag I didn’t feel the bag has any drinks in it so I went back to the store to ask her again to reopen and check again, it definitely no drinks plus she forgot the chip too. I’m so glad I didn’t trust her until I brought the food for DD customers. Also, the lady who is packing up the food she ain’t said nothing to apologize instead just walked away. What’s customer service!!

Jersey Mike subs are good if the bread is fresh. The Goldsboro nc store does not have fresh bread. Everytime we get subs the bread is tough & we can’t chew it.
I’ve eaten at other stores like in Wilson nc. And their bread is fresh. Someone needs to see why the bread isn’t fresh.

Still the very best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Very respectful staff, and always welcoming. Posting this in reference to one I just went to in Greensboro. Still great, respectful service, just not quite the same as the one next to Seymour-Johnson AFB.

I picked up and did doordash from this location (01/15/2024). It was SUPER busy but all the workers were on their game! They were fast, as well as friendly. No one was ignored or anything. Everyone was greeted and it was always “yes sir/ma’am, no sir/ma’am” EXCELLENT service! The guy who was running the cash register and running around making sure everyone’s order was correct and together deserves to be a manager AND a raise!! I feel bad for not catching his name. GREAT JOB!
