Where is the MEAT? These sandwiches cost too much money to give me less meat than I would put between two regular slices of bread. This is terrible. I will not be buying any Jersey Mike’s sandwiches. I will make my own. I did not order a lettuce sandwich. I did not expect more than what I paid for but I did expect what I paid for.

Ordered Jersey Mike’s through Door Dash and the #2 Jersey Shore was basically a #3 consisting of ham, mayo, lettuce and tomato and did not have what we ordered on it. Called the store and ask if they could do anything even a partial credit and was told it the order was incorrect we had to bring it back to the store. I ordered from Door Dash for a reason (so I didn’t have to go out) and I wasn’t going to wait approx an hour to eat by having to drive there and back. This isn’t the first time this store has gotten our order incorrect and we just let it slide Poor Customer Service for as often as we order from them.

Admitting that you might’ve misheard a guest isn’t a bad thing. I run a fast casual restaurant that also has a sneeze guard between us and the guests, and if a guest says I’m making the wrong thing then I’m always just going to assume I misheard them and remake their food, as it’s an honest and easily resolved mistake. At this jersey mikes though, apparently it’s okay to argue with a guest and say “no, you ordered this”. It’s an unfortunate way to lose regular guests.

Ordered my roast beef “Mike’s Way” I got no tomatoes, no onion, no dressing! But slathered in some pepper vinegar relish. It’s absolutely nasty, the bread is completely soaked in vinegar, soggy, and stained red from all the peppers! Barely edible. I didn’t even know this was a thing, let alone would have ordered it. Definitely need to do better, this is just gross!

It’s nice to have a Jersey Mike’s a few miles from home. It’s a little more expensive than say a subway. It’s well worth the price to me. The food is always consistent. You can order and pay from your iPhone. Then swing by and grab your submarine sandwich.

Came in for the first time and ordered a #43. Got home and took a bite and what id gotten was a #42. I was about to call and ask for a refund but by the time i got to calling the number, the sandwich was gone and I realized it was pretty freakin good. Well done to whoever made that initially disappointing sandwich. It was a true rollercoaster of emotions, I have bipolar disorder so that’s saying a lot. Next time I’d like beef when i order a #43, please. I need the extra fat for my bulk.

Boy taking the order to busy worried about what was on his phone to get the order right. Paid 31 dollars for a giant steak, steak bowl with 1 bag of chips and that’s getting the bowl free! Told him I wanted to put my sides in the bowl for a salad. They put lettuce in there and told me I should have told him what I want when I ordered. I said “since when” ….needless to say we could have ate better than a sandwich and bowl

This applies to all Jersey Mike’s that I’ve visited in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and Spring Lake NC. Their food and bread is fresh and tastes good. Being a non-meat eater, it seems that there should be a cheese slicer specifically for veggie subs. This would prevent cross contamination between the meat and cheese. Also, having to ask the sandwich maker to change their gloves between making sandwiches with meat and veggie subs, again to prevent cross contamination.
