This is probably the best Jersey Mikes I’ve ever visited. This location on US 64 in Apex does a fantastic job! They greeted me upon entering, they were highly respectful and made my tuna fish sub with a smile. They told me “safe travels” and told me to visit them again very soon. The experience was very pleasant from start to finish.. the tuna fish was so much fresher here than at other locations. Absolutely delicious wish I could give more stars

Great group of folks at this location! I have a very specific order I always place and they absolutely nail it every time. Buffalo Cheesesteak with extra buffalo sauce and heavy ranch….MAKE IT SLOPPY! And man….they kill it EVERY time. Love these guys!

Service was slow. I came in around 11:50am and waited almost 10 minutes to give my order (chicken salad). The owner and crew proceeded to build sandwiches for to go orders instead of taking care of guests in the store.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s. When I walked in, the staff completely ignored me, and when they finally looked at me they acted like I was a burden. No greeting, no friendliness—just bad attitude. Customer service should be a priority, but it felt like they didn’t want to be there or serve customers. If management cares about their reputation, they need to address how their staff treats people. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I look forward to eating here at least once a week. It’s always good food, good service and great atmosphere. Apex store Managers and Team run a tight ship. Sometimes they get overwhelmed with orders which can be expected when they provide such great food and service. Long lines happen from time to time, but nothing we can’t help they with using a little understanding, patience and kindness. After all, we’re there for fun too. Mark/Anita, and the rest of your team, Thanks for the great lunches and laughs. You guys are #1 in my book.

Walked in on Sunday 04/07/2024 after church, the older gentleman was very welcoming. The young man making the sub was not very talkative and barely acted like he wanted to interact with me. He wore glasses and had a very youthful face. It’s important that this doesn’t happen often because i do conduct secret shopping experiences and report back to corporate offices. This is a place that has a great reputation and you want to keep it that way.
