Honestly, this is one of the best Jersey Mike’s locations I’ve ever been to. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. Danisha was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was definitely worth the price, and I’ll gladly be coming back again.

Great food, great service! Resently we had a situation where we were coming back into town from a trip. It was close to their closing time, and the app wouldn’t let us order. I called the store and spoke with the staff and they offered to make the subs and wait on us to arrive just after closing hours. What a great example of old time customer service! Highly recommend them!!

On Friday 12/19/25 ar 1330 hrs., I called in and order for a Big Kahuna Chicken Philly with Mayo, L/T, no jalapeños. When arrived 10 minutes later, my sandwich was ready and whe I took a bite, I smiled. There is a level of expectation when I order a sandwich from Jersey Mikes and whoever was on the grill, superseded that expectation! This is how Jersey Mikes should taste, everytime, at every location. Thanks for all of the phone calls while I’m in the hospital recovering from smacking my Ma!

Good food, but excellent service. My friend and I were on a return 4 hour drive from picking up the pet of a dear friend who needed help due to health issues. My friend has a severe allergy to gluten. The lady at this location made sure to protect my friend’s food from cross contamination, as well as educate a co-worker. The other customers were very kind and patient with the delay; at least one said she would be returning there because of the kindness to us. Kudos to you all for doing the right thing and treating my friend right. I’ll most assuredly be back. This employee kept my friend from ending up in the hospital by not cutting corners and acting like it was just a preference.

I noticed that the restaurant Was super clean when I walked in. They also greeted me upon arrival emphatically, which was nice. The ordering process went smooth and even at the end asked if I had shore points or an account with them! The food tasted great with quality and care! I really enjoyed the new hot honey on the giant #7 that I had gotten! Definitely will be back to get more food.

So if you go in this Jersey Mike’s – you will have a wonderful experience! But if you order delivery – you will be ROBBED! They do not accurately read the tickets and make the sandwiches. When I tried to call and give feedback about the continuing issue, they hung up on me. Lesson Learned!
