Every time I come to this location they get the order wrong! We always get the exact same order and mine always comes out wrong I spend over $45 on the food here, I ordered the bacon chicken ranch sub and requested it be on a wrap, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO extra meat (paid almost $4 extra for it)
The wrap came with lettuce and tomato and barely any meat it’s like they don’t even look at the ticket I ordered online and even checked no to the items. This location will no longer be getting any service from us this is the 3rd time this has happened in a row!

Today was my last trip to Jersey Mike’s. I absolutely refuse to do business with any restaurant that refuses cash. (Nothing larger than 20)This obviously happens so much that they told me I could go break it next door like the vape shop next door is a bank. I told them to throw it away.

Was excited Lexington was getting another sub option besides Subway, but my experience here has been very frustrating. I ordered a regular Italian sub and with all the online orders going on I didn’t realize it but they made me a giant. I told them I ordered a regular and the young employee shrugged it off and said sorry what do you want on it? I assumed he would charge me for a regular. He rung me up for a giant and said sorry about the mistake. I figured I’d give them another try tonight and ordered a regular Italian again. They barely put any meat in the sandwich. $11 for a sandwich with barely any meat in it and still hungry. Will not be coming back to this location and probably Jersey Mikes anywhere. Not paying $16 at a sandwich shop to be full.

On the day we went the lettuce looked red and brown, looked like it should have been thrown out, any food service place would have thrown that out instead of serving it to its customers. I asked the staff whether they had other lettuce, they said they did not. If that was true, the issue was with the manager, incapable of managing inventory and also thought it was ok to serve rotten lettuce. If this location is the only Jersey Mike’s location someone has been to, they would think it is a third-rate sub shop.

They got the guitar music playing. Being a sub sandwich “connoisseur” from New England and living in NC it’s pretty close and maybe some cases better than the local pizza place in Massachusetts which is where us northerners get our sandwiches typically.

Ordered two regular subs. Was given one regular and one mini. There is always something wrong with this location. They take longer than any other location to make the food and then never answer the phone and if you do get an answer once in a blue moon they have attitude about the order they messed up and ask “what do you want me to do about that”

I would like to take a moment to share my experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs in Lexington. The customer service provided by the manager, Brandy, was exceptional. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I received the sub I was craving. After driving approximately 25 minutes to JMS, I discovered they were out of my favorite rosemary bread. However, Brandy, perceptive to my disappointment, quickly found a solution by informing me that they had mini subs available in rosemary bread. Her thoughtfulness made my day! I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for her assistance. This experience is a testament to her outstanding customer service and the reason she holds the position of manager.

The last time I ate at this location I was not impressed because it did not live up to the taste of the subs I’ve had at other Jersey Mike locations but last night I decided to finally cash in 2 years of birthday points. Man was my sub really good, made correctly, and ready at the time the app quoted. I also liked how it had a nice meat to bread ratio unlike last time when I had more bread than meat. So good job to the guys that were working last night.
