I don’t usually leave reviews, but NIYA deserves to be recognized!
I don’t know her personally, but I called to ask about placing my order online and then calling back to make sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. NIYA answered the phone and was so kind and patient with my questions. After I placed my order, I called back to double-check a few details, and when I tell you she WOWED me, I truly mean it.
She made my order perfectly, exactly how I asked, and even went above and beyond. NIYA included a special handwritten note that touched my heart so much, I drove back to the store the next day just to speak with the manager in person and let them know how much she exceeded my expectations.
I eat out often, but I have never experienced someone being so genuinely nice, accommodating, and warm. It honestly felt like she put love into making my order.
NIYA is a true gem, and JM should be incredibly proud to have her on their team. I won’t go to any other location unless I’m out of town. Amazing job, NIYA. Please keep doing what you do. You serve from the heart, and it shows.

We had the BEST experience today. All of the employees were so great! My son has a food allergy and they knew exactly what to do! The staff went above and beyond!! I also noticed how great the manager communicated and respected the staff. Such a great culture at this location!!!

This location is your typical updated JM but the thing I would need to stress on is the service. So friendly, quick and attentive, management was great. Definitely recommend this location based on the crew that was working today. We hit up a lot of JM for sports and things but none have been as pleasant as this one.

I ordered from this store and immediately noticed it was the wrong location. I immediately cancelled the oder. A week later, I noticed a charge on my credit card. When i inquired about it, I was told that I was charged as the store had created the order. They are either lightning fast or crooks. I am gonna go with crooks. If they had advised me that I would have been charged, I would have simply picked up the order.

MEGAN was very rude and dismissive towards me because she made a mistake while building the order. got upset and ran off to the back of the store. Hope u can make improve your work ethic so u can have better days. She kept ignoring me and building the sandwich to what she assumed.
