Every time I have an online order they always mess it up. I ordered a sandwich that comes with bacon and mayo, and of course no bacon and mayo. Completely dry. Don’t bother paying for extra cheese on any sandwich because they don’t put it on there. The employees have attitudes too. Worst jersey mikes in a 50 mile radius hands down. I will be going to University Drive from now on and would also rather drive to Mebane then go here ever again.

Placed an online order for pickup.The store called back and said they were out of bread. They suggested I could abowl instead. I declined and asked them to cancel the order and I would order from another store.they indicated that the money and points used would be refunded in 2 to 3 days. After two weeks I contacted Jersey Mike’s customer service, they said the location was a franchise and that they would forward the information to the owner and also the manager for response.they have not responded or refunded the money or points. I regularly order now from a different location where the service and food are excellent. I will not order or use thus location after this experience. I like Jersey Mike’s sandwiches, but if this was the only location, I would never eat there again.

I decided on the way home not to write a negative review, until I unwrapped my sandwich and the best part of Jersey’s Mikes: the oil, vinegar and spices are missing from my sandwich. I ordered online and was ten minutes late picking up my sandwich. It’s not there. They said someone else picked it up so if that’s true, one of them five people behind the counter should be making sure the correct person is picking up the correct order. And the sandwich makers should learn how to read the tickets. I want a refund. I drove by two Subway’s to get to this place only to return home with a dry tasteless sub. I wonder if the same people own the Mebane location because I quit them for this place, and now I’ll have to find another location.

Horrible staff, management, and service all around. I sent my husband to pick up our order with our daughter, not only were they ignored and not even greeted they made the wrong sandwich. When my husband went back inside to let them know, the response from the manager was “Is there an issue?” He ordered a giant sub and was only given a regular. Rather then make the correct sandwich as ordered they just made another regular one. When our order clearly stated giant sub “uncut” Worst part is, we’ve both worked in food service and pre tipped 30%…total mistake…will never return!

I came in earlier today and I asked a question about a certain meat not to be put on my sub. The worker had an whole attitude about it. I asked nicely and I even greeted everyone upon arrival so I’m not sure where the attitude came from. The whole time she was cutting the meat, she complained about how people were buying too many of certain sub options. Even her coworker was trying to laugh off her rudeness. I’ll go to another location out of my way from now on because it’s clear she doesn’t mind unnecessary confrontation. Nobody wants an unnecessary assault charge over a sandwich.

I ordered my food online, i thought that if it had a check beside it, that’s what you want on your wrap. Well, when i got home, i got a wrap with lettuce and tomatoes, which is what I didn’t want on my wrap, and it wasn’t checked. I should have checked my food before I left, but I didn’t because i had to wait so long for the order to be prepared, so i was ready to leave. Which was 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. After tonight’s happening, it will be a minute before I do return or order online. I understand customer service, but that was entirely too long for an online order, and when you watch people order their food and leave way before I got mine.
