I’ve had a great experience most of the times that I have come here. But unfortunately I just got home and took a bite of my food to realize there was a freaking fly baked into the bottom of my sandwich. Quality control needs to be better, clearly.

For starters it was Jersey Mikes annual giving day. They were packed and the staff was ready!!I purchased a giant Italian sub on parm/cheese no onions and added banana peppers. Everything was fresh, clean and orderly. The staff got us in and out fast! (With a smile) Thanks

I can’t say enough great things about this Jersey Mike’s! I order from them 2-3 times per month using the app, and every single time, they’ve gotten my order absolutely perfect—even when I include special instructions. It’s so refreshing to find a restaurant that consistently gets it right!

Nice new place, but I don’t think anybody there is over barely old enough to drive and they surely don’t know how to toast a hoagie. Finally, we just gave up, told them to put everything on the side and we would just do their job for them and cook it at home. Not impressed and won’t be back to this location, ever. $18 for one deconstructed Hoagie because they don’t know how to use a toaster oven yet? Was not call that a bargain

Awful. We ordered to go and when we got home we realized that the bread was incredibly stale. You could knock on it with your knuckles and hear how hard it is. Service was good and the atmosphere was clean and nice. But serving bread this stale isn’t okay at all for a sandwich shop.

Ordered 2 Subs, Bread was hard as a brick, stale, not fresh as University Pkwy. Mike’s Way was absolute WRONG!!! I ordered jalapeño on my Turkey sub, got home in King NC wasn’t on my sub!! 3 females working!! Not a Jersey Mike’s I would recommend!!! UNIVERSITY PKWY IS ALWAYS THE FREST BREAD!! Someone needs to teach the Staff!!!!

Long time JM customer, went to this location for first time. Order Philly, they sent me home with chicken and cheese. Called store to ask how they would make it right since I couldn’t drive back at that time. They said “we’re fixing it right now” and hung up on me. Didn’t actually DO anything. Since that time, have sent no fewer than FOUR requests to corporate support and they have also done nothing at all. This isn’t up to JM standards and they’ve lost a customer until they fix it, at which time I would amend this review.

They had 6 Employees. But Only 2 Working. 2 we’re in the backroom talking. 1 Filling up a Chip Wrack. The other one standing Around. The Customers started Walking Out of the Restaurant. You would have come out better building a Drive Thru Only Location. Restaurant was Way to Small to Accommodate Any kind of Decent Business. Poor Restaurant Planner.

This is my first meal here. The bread was delicious. The meat was hot with peppers and onions. I am impressed with the food quality and friendly people who work there. I will be there often.
