I come here so much me and the staff are practically family now and when I come thru the door the wonderful staff of Jersey Mike @Cloverdale already knows what I want. I appreciate each and everyone. This jersey mike’s location is my favorite! The staff is very friendly (especially the manager) and if you come in frequently they remember you and your order. My sandwiches are always fresh, correct, quick service, and the restaurant is very clean.

In short: I would avoid this location if you have food sensitivities.
Walked in and ordered a gluten free sub – the two men behind the counter seemed unfamiliar with the typical allergy protocol. They began grabbing my bread without changing gloves, started over when I asked them to, I’m unclear on if the knife they were using was gluten free specific but it was smeared with debris from previous sandwiches. My final straw was when he tried to put spreadable mayo on the sandwich and just stared at me when I reminded him, again, that this was an allergy order. I told them I was uncomfortable because they weren’t following protocol and they both just stared like they had no idea what I was talking about.
I ultimately walked out without my sandwich.

ordered the big kahuna cheesesteak sub. regular size, they gave me something inbetween a mini and a regular. for some reason it tasted very bland. almost zero jalapenos were put in my sub. i wont be ordering the kahuna here again. maybe a roast beef or club sub next time. we’ll see.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs but this one just keeps going worse and worse. I have ordered pick up three times now and each time have shown up 10+ minutes after it supposed to be ready and it’s not even been started on yet. This week I want to pick up and they said they missed the ticket, that it would be “a minute”, they said they’d put a rush on it but then the person making the subs got socializing with someone and mixed the tickets up. Waited almost 25 minutes for a sub that was supposed to be ready long before. I said I wanted to just get refunded on my app order and just leave but no one knew how to refund it so I waited.

I was treated to lunch with a friend. It was my 1st time at the Jersey Mike’s location. Though there was line of maybe 10 people ahead of us, the line moved quickly…and from my observations, everyone seemed happy!
My friend chose his usual Italian Sub, I decided in the Chicken Caesar with Tomato Basil Wrap. The servers were courteous, listened to our orders, sandwiches were prepared quickly with our choices of toppings.
We were both completely satisfied…with staff, with our food!
We were both so hungry, I didn’t think to get pictures then,
I am sharing a not great picture of my leftovers…which were just as delicious as when it was 1st made!!

This location closes at 9pm. It was 8:35pm. They stated the grill was closed. They then proceeded to lock the door behind us. We got no food. I will be calling corporate in the morning for this location.

Normally I LOVE Jersey Mike’s. Today I had a horrible experience with my food and the store manager.
One sandwich was made wrong and had a hair in it.
I called and they want me to go to the store, will not give a refund for the one sandwich. I do not have a car, thats why I got the delivery and refused to bring the sandwich back. I do not want to pay for a lyft or uber!!
He thinks I’m lying. Blatantly called me a liar and thinks I want the whole order refunded. I only asked for that sandwich.
