I’ve been coming to this location for a while and it’s been good, but my most recent trip today was awful. The thinnest, most disappointing sandwiches I’ve ever gotten from here. For almost $40 this is ridiculous and not worth it whatsoever. Be cautious of making mobile orders I guess.

This is absolutely the worst Jersey Mike’s location I have ever visited. We came in on Saturday March 1, 2025 at 6:25pm. There was food all over the floor, several empty tables with trash and food on the tables and chairs. The service was horrible. There were 3 employees that all seemed confused. There was a group of 5 people that kept adding to their order while the few of us sat waiting just for our turn to order. In the meantime, the online ordering people kept arriving to pick up their orders, making us all wait even longer. It was about 25 minutes before we finally were able to place our order, only to receive it about 20 minutes later. When we returned to our hotel, the sub was horrible! I was hungry and ate very little, and ended up throwing over ½ of it away. It was messy and not heated properly. We spent about 40 minutes in the store to get an order when there were only 2 customers ahead of us. I know that being shorthanded can’t be helped sometimes, but this location had NO CLUE how to handle what was happening. I’d never go back!

Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub place. I never understood why the first on in Mt Airy closed years ago. They just recently opened and the place is full. I counted 11 workers at on time. Service was great and my Philly was great. I’m so glad we have a great sub option here now!

This location just opened in an area that sorely needs it. I wish them success. Here’s my review of my first order at this brand new, just opened location. I knew it was going to be busy, I haven’t seen an empty space in the lot all week so we did an online order. I even allowed a few extra minutes for prep. There was a line to the door at 7pm Thursday. This is a great thing. It did not seem as if anyone was waiting toooo long, plus, I got to just walk in and grab my stuff. The store was clean and bright altho rather small for indoor seating. I ordered the largest sandwich I knew of, lol….the super club with double meat. It is a $21 sandwich! Good soft bread, I like the tomatoes and I would say they have pretty top notch meats and cheese. Overall, one step above average. Just a little better than your local grocery, but a big step ahead of ol’ Subway.
The cheesesteaks are only average I hate to say. There are others I would recommend for that.
But I will definitely order again and again because I love big sandwiches!!

We have been to this location twice now and they have been great. We went to the location once and they did great. The second time we ordered online and they added stuff to my wife’s sandwich that we didn’t want, she still ate it because it’s still good but just check your order when you order online. Other than this one thing, they’re great.

Went today and while there I saw who I believe to be a manager be extremely rude to one of her employees for something she just let another employee do no problems. Food was very nasty order was wrong . The little Asian lady was very rude as well I was in a hurry and she kept making the blonde headed girl that was making my sandwich redo it because the tomatoes were in the wrong place . Only nice part about it was the conversation I had with the little red headed girl and the blonde headed girl at the register very sweet girls.

I travel back and forth from Durham every week and used to order from here every Monday night, but, lately it has been a chore. My order is never correct. It is either drenched in oil and vinegar to the point that it is almost inedible. If I add a topping it is missing even if I pay extra for it. I order with the app and it asked me who is this sub for and I always put a name and it never is written on the sandwich. I ordered chips and they don’t make it in the bag…when I point it out I get a “we were busy” but no apology and I only checked because I have been burned before. I don’t know if I will continue to order from here, it might be easier to pick up something before I leave Durham.

I live Jersey mikes and always will. Today I went to the electric road one in Roanoke Virginia. I asked for the vinegar and oil on the side and they forgot to. I went back in and got it. I just got home and took a look at the liquids and there is something at the bottom of the container. They grabbed it from under the counter. So no tell how old it is.
