Ordered online was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly and polite. Food was very good. Got BLT bacon crisp. Will take a picture next time. Was to good to stop and take one lol. Ordered again and was perfect. Here is pics this time

The subs are awesome. Wonderfully put together how a sub should be. And this same sub over at the new Jimmy John’s barely has meat on it. So this Jersey Mike’s is doing it right!

Initially I wanted to give a 1 star review, but am trying to be extremely understanding and empathic given it is the Holiday season, and places are super busy. However, the lack of coordination and management at this location is heartbreaking to see considering all of the Jersey Mikes locations I have been to are always so kind and coordinated. I placed a mobile order at 7:32pm for pick up at the Inwood Jersey Mikes. I ordered 2 Large subs. By the time I left the location, with subs in hand, it was 9pm. Let me explain..
When i first arrived to pick up my mobile order, it was around 8ish and I was informed that they were completely out of bread and in the process of making more. I was quoted a 30 minute wait. I accepted this, and left to go to a relatives house right down the road to waste time. This was my option, as they did provide me alternatives. But who goes to Jersey Mikes and doesn’t get bread?
By the time I returned, 45 minutes later, i was told they were still waiting on bread to make my final sub, and it would be an additional 10 minutes. At this point, it was 8:50pm. I could have been home and had dinner on the table, and in my stomach at this point. I became very annoyed, irritated, agitated, you name it, i felt it. I ended up asking for a full refund, and it was provided, but only for the sub that took the additional 10 min. The worker Cameron was VERY nice and empathic when processing the refund for me. Cameron is the reason I gave this location a higher rating. He was so kind, and understanding, and fully embodies everything that Jersey Mikes stands for, but at the end of the day he is not able to process a full refund for an order without Manager approval im sure.
The only thing I can say is to do better. The manager was at the location but i overheard her say she had been clocked out for over an hour and didnt want to help any longer, yet she was sitting in the lobby on her phone. If you are in uniform, you are on the clock. If she did not want to help her employees while clocked out she shouldve left the location entirely, even if you had been working over your clocked out time. I am very disappointed and will be visiting other Jersey Mike locations for dinner in the future to ensure I do not have an 1 1/2 hour wait for subs that take 15 minutes max to assemble. Thank you again to Cameron, this review is nothing negative towards you, keep up the great work! But to corporate, please check your management, and make sure they are not being overworked this holiday season <3

We have been eating at the Jersey Mike’s in Martinsburg for years. It’s fantastic. Our experiences at the new Inwood location have been very disappointing. Tonight we picked up a to go order for family dinner, and 2 of the 4 subs did not have the add ons that we paid for. We were ignored by the staff when we came in to pick it up. During the wait we witnessed a lack of care in sandwich preparation that made us not want to patronize this location again. Definitely not worth the convenience of being closer to home. I will drive the extra distance to get a quality sub in Martinsburg

The customer service at this location is awesome. My daughter and I stop at this location for lunch while traveling. We were greeted with a smile and upbeat enthusiasm. The employees made small talk with each customer while they made their sandwich.

We paid $23 just for my sub…chicken cheese steak with extra meat. The lack of actual ingredients inside this loaf of bread is INSANE for that amount of money. Way overpriced for the amount of food you get. Go to King’s Chicken instead. You’ll be stuffed before you’re halfway finished your food, and it will easily taste just as good, if not better.

Love that Jersey Mike’s is now in Inwood. I’m one of their regulars and all employees are awesome and know me. Very simple to go in and get my food whenever I don’t have to repeat my complicated order that they remember.

I came in on my lunch break. The store is so clean and the employees are so friendly and kind. I highly recommend visiting this location. You will not be disappointed. They set the standard for how all Jersey Mike locations need to be. The staff here deserve all the praise.
