So I had tried this Jersey Mike’s on a whim because I can do it on the way home instead of going all the way down to the other one in Martinsburg… I’m so happy I did! I’m very particular on my food and they were fine with all my particulars. There were no eye rolling because of my particulars and I know it can be tedious. I tip generously. Every time. I think the other one in Martinsburg should take a note from the friendliness of these guys. Also, I just got my sandwich from there tonight and I took a picture of this one and the one I had last week. The one I had from last week was from the other one in Martinsburg, not the one on Williamsport. I get the same order every time. Look at the difference in photos.

I don’t usually write reviews for a quick travel stop, but I was so impressed by the staff at this Jersey Mike’s that I have to share. This restaurant was so appealing, the workers in crisp uniforms and the shop spotlessly clean. The staff was also super friendly and one of them was cleaning the eating area continuously. The food was fantastic. It’s worth the stop.

This was probably one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in recent months. The team was friendly and you can tell it’s a very positive environment, both for the customers and the workers. Also, we saw 3 different team members focusing on cleaning the seating area in the 20 minutes or so we were there eating. It’s great to see a team that works hard together and has fun at the same time.
Side note: if you like pickles and tell them to put as many pickles as they’re willing to add, they will add two handfuls with a friendly laugh and ask if there’s enough! Thanks, guys!

Subs are always yummy. I love the bread and the fact that they slice the meat for each order. The staff at this particular store are always so pleasant and smiling. If I had to give a complaint it’d be the fact that they have Pepsi products instead of coke, but honestly that’s so minimal it barely matters.

Hubby and I stopped in today on our way to Pennsylvania. We were greeted with smiles and given time to decide what we wanted without being rushed. Staff was phenomenal, so friendly. Subs were amazing as well! Wishing we had the exact facility & staff near us! Kudos, yall rock!
