Ordered 2 cheesesteaks for pick up. I could tell when I picked up the bag that portions were slim. I had to double check that I had 2 subs in the bag because it was light. Upon opening my sub I saw nothing but bread. Very disappointing.

Perfect timing on the pick up order. To the minute! I walked in as they called my name for pick up. Super fresh. The only issue is they didn’t put the stuff on the side that I asked for. It doesn’t sound like a big deal unless you have picky eaters and that definitely does matter to them.

I always have a very good experience at this Jersey Mikes and they’re always getting my order right. I wanted to give a special shout out to a gentleman named Joe who was attending to the dining room, cleaning it, keeping it together. He greeted me, and came up to me and it made my day. I think the manager (Nick or Nate) got mad that he came up to a customer to introduce himself, but it really is little things like that, like Joe introducing himself that makes people’s day!!!! although I do appreciate everyone there and the service is always amazing.

So, never ate at a Jersey Mike’s before today. Guess I picked the right location for an introduction. Compared to Subway steak and cheese, there was no comparison!
It melted in your mouth! The staff was efficient and friendly. I was recognized by no less than 3 employees. One while at the table… asked if everything was satisfying. I thought for a second I was at a “real restaurant” and not a sandwich shop…. And, oh yea… @DannyDeVito, you’re right. You can hear the sizzle!

I am from Salisbury md where I felt like the best cheese steaks ever are made at sub runners off of rt13. Now living in west Virginia I have not been able to find ANY PLACE that could even come close to sub runner until today.. My fiance took me to a new place called Jersey Mike’s the owner Mark was awesome and so was the staff and of course the other owner Marks wife.The food is all freshly cut and bread made fresh everyday the bread almost melts in your mouth.. If you are ever in the Martinsburg area or live here and have not tried Jersey Mike’s it is a must have .. You will not be disappointed.. Thanks guys for giving me a favorite sub place to go and that brings me some memories of home.. And thank you to my wonderful fiance for taking me there..

Friendly staff, great service. Didn’t like how much shredded lettishes was put on my sub, but that’s just me. Other then that, regular subs are only like other places 6inches subs. Did know what to expect but know now. Don’t think I’ll eat there again. But the subs I got were good.

I got the original Italian, and everything was freshly sliced right in front of me. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and everyone was very attentive and friendly. I was in and out with a fresh picture perfect Italian in less than 5 minutes. One of few ‘fast food’ places that are still absolutely worth going out to get. Good value fresh ingredients and fast friendly service.
