I ordered a steak n cheese sub and it was pretty decent albeit a bit pricey. The gentlemen named Chris made it for me. He seemed nice and all but he was really chubby. I feel bad for the fella. Someone in there should talk to him about that. It almost ruined my appetite.

Finally happened. Ordered a BLT from Jersey Mikes. . Worst sandwich I’ve order from the Old Forest RD location. Paid extra for bacon and cheese, received neither. Top of roll was brick hard, and I didn’t realize the bacon wouldn’t be at least a little warm.

I want to start off by saying that Jersey Mike’s has the best subs! Now, I would say that the experience at this location can vary. Most of the staff is friendly. However, it does tend to vary. I would rate the food as exceptional and the staff as sufficient. I would definitely still stop by!

We live 10 mins from this location, and this has always been the best location out of the 3 in lynchburg. Always great service and great food and quick! You won’t regret a sandwich from here. Even if its not your favorite kind(if you’re randomly picking), you will enjoy it and it will be quality. Definitely worth the price for the quality of meat/sandwich.
Just a sidenote: idk who works Tuesday at 10am, but my god they make the sandwiches so juicy! Thank you so much! Working 3rd shift, and we can’t wait til actual lunch food comes out for our “dinner” because we hate breakfast food for our dinner. We usually aim for jersey Mike’s. We get it delivered since by that time we’re exhausted from working, but it has been delicious everytime. I swear they get better every time. 6/17/25 workers make some delicious sandwiches. Thank you!

Very poor service for an online order. When I arrived, I gave my name and order, but they couldn’t locate my sub — and no one communicated this to me. After standing there for about 5 minutes, someone finally said they were “working on it now.” It took another 15 minutes before I received my food. There were only 2–3 other customers in the shop, so it wasn’t busy. Overall, the organization and customer service were extremely disappointing. I received my order 33 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. Only after handing me my food did they finally admit they had “lost my sub,” then simply walked away without any apology or effort to make it right.

People were nice but the one lady that made my sandwich doesn’t listen to directions. I love all vegetables including jalapeños. Told her several times that I want all vegetables. I still never got my jalapeños.
