Jersey Mike’s is clearly the best Italian sub and the only real deli sub anywhere near Roanoke VA. Thank goodness they opened here! There is nothing like a real sub with fresh baked bread, fresh oil and vinegar, Italian spice, and all the toppings you want. HINT- order it “Mike’s Way”. The deli meats are delicious, never bologna. I always top with Lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar, and banana peppers. Truly incredible. Finally Roanoke has a real sub! I will be going back for more. Sometimes I just got to have a real deli sub. Five stars every time. You really need to try this sub!

Placed $80.00 order online and paid(took money out of my account) and drove from the lake 45 minutes to find the store closed and customers standing on the sidewalk in the same situation. Employee came to the door and said that they had seen the orders come through but they had already closed. They didn’t bother to at least call and say the order wouldn’t be filled. Everyone deserves time off for a holiday but a little common courtesy goes a long way.

Shrink-flation has made it to Jersey Mike’s now! My wife and I have always loved the Original Italian and were always pleased with the amount of meat they put on the sandwich. Last night we ordered one again and we couldn’t believe it. What happened to the meat??? It had about half the meat as every other time we have ordered it. First they raised the price on the sandwich to $20, then they took away half the meat! We have been loyal customers at this store for the past 5 years, but for the first time we are going to explore other sandwich options. Greedy! Stingy! What a shame!

Ordered 2 subs. No tubs. Blond hair girl who was supposed manager with highlights nasty. Wouldn’t even check me out. Lied and said it was a health department regulation that couldn’t wrap tubs which all mine were lids since they were out. She went to back and was on her cell phone. Person who checked me out was very polite. She pretended to call her boss and said supposedly he said “either take them as are or leave them for a refund” I should have gotten a refund because as I got home I had basically no lettuce or tomato, both were made exactly opposite of what was ordered. Couldn’t even eat. The service and product has gone to hell in a handbasket. Never again at this store. If I wanted to be served by folks who hate their jobs and passing that rudeness to customers AND make wrong food….stay far far away! Can’t wait to report food handling with no gloves and food all over floor behind counter Monday!

I would give a zero but can’t. This is the second time I have at my fault ordered from this store and both times my sandwich was wrong. The first time I did not say anything. But this time I ask for items to be added and they were not. I called the store to ask for credit and the young man say he couldn’t. I would have to speak with the manager tomorrow. There was only a shift lead working and has no authority to do refunds but can handle money and give direction. I hope that training is giving so shift leads have the same as the management team.

I had to ask the young man 2 times for tomatoes that were not frozen or that looked halfway decent just stop trying to put red mush on my sandwich. My motto IF YOU WOULD’NT EAT IT,OR FEED IT TO YOUR FAMILY, DON’T SERVE IT TO ME! That is all have a great night

Long story short they got my order wrong initially and I was not happy when I came back to see what my options were. They asked if I wanted a refund or to re-make my order and I requested they re-make the order and the gentleman I interacted with was nothing short of pure class and extremely nice to me after seeing me come back. Truly top tier customer service and I will be coming back. I was glad to buy my Mother and Sister their first sandwiches from here and they enjoyed immensely.
