I work up the street and eat here 3-5 times a week with coworkers as we all love it. The food is always delicious and the ingredients are always fresh. The associates are always very kind to us and in a good mood. Even when there aren’t customers they’re constanly cleaning keeping the store looking good. My go to is the turkey club on rosemary parm or the Philly on rosemary parm. I definitely recommend eating at this location. Great food and service!

We ordered 3 giant subs with extra meat. There was hardly any meat on them. The have really gone down hill since the private equity takeover. Sad. They used to be so good.

Been here 3 times. Only 1 time did they have white bread. How the heck do you open at 10am and out of white bread sub rolls by 11:30am. You’re a sub shop and should never run out of bread! Ruined my whole order I had already paid for in the app. Never again. These are some lazy people..

Wildly inconsistent. I’ve been to this location frequently since it opened and initially had good experiences with the food and service. More recently my experiences have left a lot to be desired, specifically related to the food. Cold subs have been over dressed with the juice, to the point they are soaked and sticking to the paper becoming a wet mess. Cheese steaks have been dry with little to no onions and peppers. Haven’t had these issues with the other locations in the area.

Yesterday, while getting a sub on my way to work, I noticed an employee at the cash register adjusting her jeans with her gloves.Then, wearing the same gloves, she went to the cutting machine and started getting meat and cheese out to make my sandwich. The veggies looked bad, and the hygiene wasn’t good.

I work up the street, and enjoy going to Jersey Mike’s at least 2-3 time a week. Food is good portions and the taste is phenomenal.
