My husband and I are frequent customers at Jersey Mikes because of the quality of their food and the friendliness of the employees. They offer gluten free options also. I have a gluten allergy. I am diabetic and I woke up with a blood sugar of 65. We hadn’t gotten groceries because my husband gets paid 2 days from now. I had points for a mini and was trying to ask how we could possibly make that work so I could eat and not pass out and I was having a very hard time articulating this. The manager knows my order and told me to sit down and brought it to me with a drink and napkins. After I ate I went over to let her know all of this bc I couldn’t earlier. They took care of me like always. These guys are just good people. They even ask about me when I haven’t been in there in a while. Highly recommend!!! I just saw today, just now, that kindness isn’t dead.

They just opened the new Farmville location a week ago.
It’s closer to my house so I can visit them more often.

I have only visited this Jersey Mike’s location twice and now I see the why not. I live in this town and if you can’t get a simple sandwich, people just say you can’t deliver the product. First visit; okay and this second visit, horrible. Yeah maybe I should have not gone there at almost closing time, but I had just left a meeting. I ordered my sandwich Mikes way and stated “Bacon” and get home to find no bacon but I paid bacon price! I was so disappointed with my purchase; I couldn’t eat my sandwich. Take it back! I don’t mind letting anyone know when their service is great and I will let you know when it’s horrible. I won’t be visiting this store again, Hancock Village here I come. Don’t call, it’s all automated

Very small and quaint place. Service was great and the woman who rang us up was very friendly and very enthused to do her job. The subs were awesome and were pretty cheap compared to other sub places (side eyeing you subway) and over all would and will go back again!

Came in today on my lunch and observed the staff try to assist a customer picking up an online order. The staff was very polite and accommodating trying to figure out an issue with the customers order. Appears the customer didn’t place the order online or may of for a different location, regardless the Male Employee stopped what he was doing to find a solution. He was met with rude and sarcastic responses that I felt like was unnecessary, but I applaud him for keeping his cool and removing himself from the situation. There are just some customers you can’t help or make happy. I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere and staff at this Farmville location. I felt like it was worth pointing out that they are doing a great job and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
