Great restaurant, respectful employees and great customer service.

Updated- last couple of times, my order has been messed up but 2 thing that confuses me is how does one forget the bacon on a steak bacon ranch and how is fresh bread flaky??? Shouldn’t the bread go on the grill?

I’ve only been to Jersey Mike’s a couple of times and it’s always been to this location. Never had any issue. Today, I tried the #25 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak and it was delicious. I ordered online and it was ready at the promised time which is always nice. I’ll definitely be back!

Let me begin this post by stating how much I love Jersey Mike’s subs on a normal day. This day was unusual. I placed a mobile order for an Italian sub and wrote in the notes for the pepper relish to be placed on the side. When I picked my order up, (which was not on the order pick up cart), I looked in the bag and noticed there wasn’t any red pepper relish. I asked the guy who handed me the bag was it on the side like I requested. He asked Ryan (the person who made the sandwich) and he said oh let me put some in a cup. I asked Ryan is he sure he didn’t put it on the sandwich being that there wasn’t already some in a cup in the bag. He assured me that he didn’t. I like to put it on myself because I only like a small amount. Well when I got home and looked at it, sure enough I saw relish. I also tasted it and it was spicy. I called up there and spoke with Ryan and he told me to bring it back. I have three small kids at home, what an inconvenience for something that isn’t my fault. So I asked him what are they going to do for the inconvenience and he said they wouldn’t be doing anything but remaking the sandwich. That is poor customer service. I understand bringing it back, but I don’t understand inconveniencing the customer and doing nothing about it. I live 15- 20 minutes away. Terrible experience on top of the fact that Ryan lied about not putting the relish on the sandwich. Smh
Let me also add that this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, but it’s the first time I complained about it. It comes from not paying attention and rushing…at the customer’s expense.

I visited this establishment on January 19th and ordered the Mike’s Famous Philly Cheesesteak and it was pretty good. This was my first time visiting Jersey Mikes and overall, I would go back there as they are prompt and efficient. The workers were nice and bring your food to you as you wait. The only concern that I had was the meat was a little too salty. Other than that, I enjoyed my food!

Went to the Suffolk location on Main Street and the customer service was not good at all the employees did not greet or acknowledge that I was there to pick up my online order even after I tried to get their attention they did not acknowledge me. But the people that came in as I was standing at the counter was greeted and everything. One of the customers that came in after me got his order before me even though my order was already made and on the back counter. But his was not. I will not be going back to this location the customer service was awful.

Very good sandwiches! The man that helped me was very nice and deserves a promotion. I believe his name was John or Jake? I really liked the atmosphere and had a great lunch with my friend. If corporate needs a new manager for the Jersey Mike’s on Main St. in Suffolk, VA, He deserves it. Thank you for your time!

This was my first time at this location. I ordered the steak sub on white bread. It was the freshest bread I have ever had and the sub was delicious! The cashier was extremely polite as well. I will definitely visit again when in the area.

i understand it was a busy night..but it was the weekend, it should be expected..but that night people were waiting over half hour for one sub, orders were wrong. my husband got his sandwich before me so i had to watch him eat and about 20min later he watched me eat. i believe my sub was given to someone else or they had forgot. i also didnt like that they put the bread on the prep table, bare. .without the paper. that is unsanitary .

My family and I came in today with a large party of 14. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand feeling overwhelmed, but my first impression walking in today was a look of annoyance and disgust by one of the female employees. We were split into two separate checks between our family, and once it was time for my group to order, I’m happy to say the other female employee working was professional and gave us excellent recommendations! She recommended I try the “secret menu item” #4, so when it came time for toppings, the gentleman working (who apologized for any confusion because he was new) was very polite and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately things circled back to the employee who I saw first when we walked in, and she made a snarky remark to the gentleman because he accidentally used two “end pieces” instead of a top and bottom. Although she offered to have it fixed, I did not appreciate the way she made a point to make her coworker look unprofessional or like he didn’t know what he was doing. Overall our experience today was satisfactory, but I wanted to leave a review for the gentleman that just started working because his attitude, (despite his coworkers’) was awesome and that needs to be recognized!
