Food quality at all Jersey Mikes locations has declined, including reduced protein portions, bread freshness/quality, and reduced topping quantities. (Eg they used to stack the shredded lettuce high as part of the experience – now it’s just a sprinkle)
Meanwhile the cost has gone up dramatically.
The workers and service were friendly enough, I just miss the original Jersey Mikes quality.

Heidi was an amazing sweet soul, she fed a person in need and dealt with the situation gracefully, remembers her customers, and she greeted everyone and said goodbye all with a smile, she’s also super gorgeous and I love her ponytail!!

Service Was nice and Polite but that was about all the good that was there. Went in for lunch around 2:30 so it wasn’t packed. I ordered the giant chicken bacon ranch cheese steak. It came out in a reasonable time. However there was no bacon. The guy I work with ordered the chicken philly cheese steak. He didn’t even get chicken. He got a regular beef cheese steak. Very disappointed in the service after we got our food as well. Overall a poor experience.

Where’s the MEAT!! (July 11th) This was my first and last time at this location… I’ve been to almost every JMS in the richmond area and have never been this disappointed or unsatisfied with my sandwich. The staff was cleaning up when I got there around 2pm. As I was the only customer in line I figured someone would acknowledge my presence. Several minutes went by before I was acknowledged and then finally my order was taken. As my sandwich was prepared I noticed there was very little meat on it so I commented “that it looked to have very little meat on it” to the reply of “we actually put extra meat on it”. As you can see in the photo I basically paid for a meatless sandwich and felt as if it was a waste of time to return since my concerns were already expressed.

Picked up sandwiches to-go for the boys helping me move. I had never been there and had an order of 5 sandwiches. The employees were so patient with me…I had never been there before, and I was exhausted from moving all day. The sandwiches were great!

More options for non meat eating customers. Came for my family but since I don’t eat meat I usually just get bread then fix my own meat alternative. Flat out said no. So either more non meat options or lower the price on the cheese sandwich. Bad customer service not accommodating.
