Stopped at Jersey Mike’s while traveling. Were looking for something else but decided Jersey Mike’s instead. Greeted by friendly staff. Quiet, busy location. Staff taking care of in person and online orders with speed and professionalism. The young lady cutting meet with 1 hand and placing in on sandwiches with the other. Great Club Sandwich.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich and the meat was rare and flavorful, which is my preference. The sandwich was good, but not crazy good. One concern was value: I paid $13 and change for a regular sized sandwich and 22 oz. Coke, and with tip the total was close to $15. The staff were cordial and professional, but there was a long wait, partly because people were ordering multiple sandwiches at the same time. I do wonder if it would help to have two people working on condiments/prep, once the meat is sliced and place on bread. The day I visited, the grill was broken, so there were no hot subs available. Not sure I would return; probably would choose the Market at Exxon stations or Wegman’s. Update: returned recently and had chicken Philly sub. The sub was good but the order took FOREVER. Can’t really consider this fast food.

A friend of mine happened to lose her wallet while in this 5th Street location. Long story short, the local PD had to get involved to actually see what actually transpired. A generous DoorDash driver happened to find it, an politely returned it to the cashier. One of the employees dumped all the credit cards in the trash, stole the cash, and denied ever seeing it. Once film footage was watched time & time again, the general manager then denied that ever happening, and enabled the employees actions. Refusing to answer the phone, only to text back and forth with snarky messages. Highly unprofessional, and actually felonious activity. Corporate needs to step in and do a shake up with said employees

I placed an online order here and when I arrived to pick it up, they said it was never received. I then got into line and waited for over 45 minutes for my order.
When I only got one of my subs, they said they never got my second sub order that I verbally gave to them and that they wrote down on a receipt.
I have been standing in line for over 45 min now and all the mobile orders being picked up are over 30 min behind schedule. There is no standing room in the restaurant.
The fountain drink that I filled up was completely sour.
They are skipping orders and everyone is missing items. I will not be going to this location moving forward.

Italian subs are good and were extremely busy day line when right along.
I came in wensday afternoon and ordered a club sub Mike’s way and asked if I wanted bacon (a protein) that is included with all club sub types. Luckily, I knew better that it came with it. I asked for hot honey, and it didn’t taste like it likely forgot to change me, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it.

On multiple occasions when pre-ordering online, I would have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be fulfilled from the time suggested on the app. Sometimes, they wouldn’t even greet or acknowledge me after standing there at the cash register. Currently waiting +10 minutes on my pre-order.

Driving thru from the Outer Banks to Wisconsin and wanted to try back place we’ve never been to before. While we won’t be back here, we’ll definitely try another Jersey’s!
