I’ve been here 3 times in the past 3 months, and I have been impressed by the quick, friendly service and fresh food. There is a very tall, dark-haired gentleman that has been there every time I have visited, and he is fantastic! Thorough, helpful, patient and kind to every customer. I didn’t see his name, but appreciate his customer service skills! Thanks to the rest if the team, too. Nice people, good food!!!

Didn’t have the bread listed on website for alpha-gal allergies. Was rushed. Rushed my kids through before I could figure out bread I could eat. Had to pay for kids and when I went back to order line was too long. I didn’t eat. Workers were so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk.

My husband and I came here for lunch and waited in line for several minutes. Everyone’s order was getting screwed up and they gave my husbands sandwich to someone else. They were very rude to the couple behind us too. They are very disorganized and there’s lack of communication. We will not be coming back to this location!

Sad, very sad. Barely anything on the sandwich which itself looks a few inches shorter as well. Just got blank looks when asking the guys behind the counter about it. Would get more meat at subway, literally more cheese than meat on this thing! Used to love Jersey Mike’s, but can’t imagine going back now. Just raise the prices, why skimp the heck out of it?! I would be fine paying a dollar or two more if it was still the same sandwich I loved. Heart is broken, this was a favorite of mine.

This place was highly unorganized and poor service. I heard a worker try to pass off a bad sandwich to an allergic customer who was allergic to peppers and pickles, saying even though they removed those items that the customer would be fine. It took over 30 mins to get my meal.

Ordered a small sub and I watched them literally put 2 thin pieces of meat on the sub (the meat is so thin that it’s see-thru, which I don’t mind but 2 slices of thin meat is practically nothing. More slices are necessary, so it basically tasted like a veggie sandwich. I asked the employee if that’s all he was putting and he said yes only 2 slices. So almost $7 for a basically meatless sandwich. If you are cutting back because of inflation, I’d rather you raise your price and give me the same amount of food/same quality rather than raise price and give less food. Very disappointed.

Worst Jersey Mikes. Every time we order through grub hub they screw it up. Pay for extra stuff and it’s missing. Bread is not fresh at all. I’ve stopped going here and order from the new place next to Walmart now.
