This was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to. The floors in back of the counter were littered with gloves, food, and other trash. The tables were dirty, not cleaned from previous customers. The person making the subs also had to handle the cash register and money. It was difficult to hear to order because of the loud music. I ordered a club sub, had to repeat myself several times and the cashier did not hear me order a drink. I left very dissatisfied. I think this store needs an inspection by the health deparrment or new management. I wanted to dine in

New store. Very clean and counter staff attentive. Minimal inside seating. I’ve frequented other local locations and would say this one has the best organization on the sandwich line I have seen. Very efficient and fast. Both of my #56 subs were made correctly and tasted great. As with many restaurants now, the infamous “tip screen” shows up during checkout. Don’t tip them because they showed up to work!
*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don’t get to pick one. No we don’t care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

Stopped in on a busy weekday at lunch time, but was quickly greeted and place my order. The staff was friendly and very much on-point with their customer service and ability to build an amazing Jersey Mike’s sub!
Food was made promptly with fresh ingredients and once I got it home to eat, it tasted great! This is my first time trying this location, the newest JM’s in the area and I’ll be back!

Unpretentious location close to Embrey Mill. Staff is friendly and professional. The subs are Ok, and basically you’re paying a premium for the convenience of not having to make a sandwich at home. Nothing here is complicated and there are only a few options for toppings. Very overpriced, in my opinion. Limited seating. I think most people get their sandwiches to go at this location. Parking is limited as well, unless you like walking.

The subs are ALWAYS delicious. We’re a family of 4 and I’m gluten free, so I appreciate that they label the subs for our pickup orders. The heart they put on my name made a rough day just a little better Sometimes it really is the little things Great food, great service – we love it. ✨️

Ordered a sub expecting a symphony of flavors. Got more of a polite ukulele solo.
The bread was fresh, which was the highlight, but the meat-to-bread ratio suggested someone was having an off day. The veggies were fine, but I suspect they were emotionally detached.
The staff was friendly, which made the underwhelming sandwich easier to forgive.
Would come back if I were desperate, or if I needed a place to practice lowering expectations.
Two stars for effort, one star for bread, negative stars for how long it took me to stop thinking about the sandwich.
