Super slow service- they prioritize online orders over walk-in and were out of bacon entirely the past two times we’ve been. Overall, poor time management and the employees lack training in how to handle heavy order loads. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have half an hour to wait on your order…

I’m starting to believe that y’all just don’t care who you hire or how your businesses are run. I wanted to try this location because the Woodbridge one has terrible service. Long story, short gloves weren’t changed when employee had went to grab something to drink and then back to make sandwiches. The meat and cheese slices were so thin they were translucent. The lady who came in after me noticed the double meat on her sub wasn’t doubled because the slices were so thin. Somehow her sandwich was made before mines but this location had brown lettuce, no pepper, no bacon cooked and I was told I’d have to wait and by then I was over the experience and just left the store. Workers just seemed spacey or maybe just really chill but at this point I’ll have to find a local mom and pops sub place because these jersey mikes locations in this area are just not it.

I placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 11:57 and I got there at 12:04 and it wasn’t ready. I see them make my cold sandwich and it wasn’t ready until 12:15 17 mins late. I start looking for them to make my hot sandwich but apparently it was already cooked when I got there. I open my hot sandwich in the parking lot and it was lukewarm. What an awful staff and experience. I will never come back to this location. They didn’t even offer to comp me a sandwich or anything. You suck.

She’s super friendly, fast, and makes the neatest, most perfectly layered sandwich I’ve ever had. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it really makes a difference. Three times in a row the bread was stale. An overpriced stale sandwich and they’re always out of iced tea. Wegmans is much better. They make a bigger, better, fresh, made to order sub. It’s a grocery, so there’s a bakery and more choices for drinks and chips.

Travis and Ahmad worked so well under pressure; limited supplies during a rush hour. Travis greeted everyone so kindly while Ahmad held it down on the grill. Not once could you sense any rudeness or rushing energy. The sandwich was bomb and they make an awesome team during stressful situations! Thank you guys.

This location has gotten our order wrong the last 4 times. You have to actively mess up to achieve this. Recommend people stay away. Update to my previous review: ordered a turkey and provolone sub and the sub didn’t even include any turkey. Just cheese and bread.
