Got 2 hot subs but I think the cook hates cheese and sauce cause our subs were very light compared to other stores. Besides that, sub just tasted bad, service slow, and cashier looked spaced out and couldn’t talk.

Let me start by saying that I have been loyal to this location since they opened. However, I witnessed serious concerns with food prep during my last visit. First thing I noticed was that the sub prep area was dirty— toppings, smeared condiments, and crumbs all over. It doesn’t usually look like that (minor concern, sure). My biggest concern— I watched the red haired woman making my sub wipe snot from her nose on her glove then reach into the pickles and place them on my sub. She then noticed the big bread knife was dirty so she wiped it on her apron (was her apron clean?!). I was genuinely shocked. I should have said something but was in a hurry to get back to work. I will be driving the extra few miles to go to the other location.

I ordered 2 subs for carryout. When I got to the store to pick them up there were two young boys behind the counter and they had completely inappropriate music playing loud with cussing and inappropriate lyrics for any business and when I got home both of my subs were made wrong the meat was old and it seemed like they were just thrown together.. Definitely disappointing I usually love Jersey Mike’s. I will not be returning to this one

Ordered online for pickup.. pickup time was for 11:55 and I didn’t get my order until 12:08. when I walked in, there was only 1 person in line. It’s not like they were swamped… only ordered 2 medium subs. I normally wouldn’t care but my sons lunch started at noon and he only has 20 minutes to eat. Dropped them off at my kids school for their lunch, and they told me when they got home that they got the wrong subs.. I only ordered 2.. how do you mess that up??

Go to another Jersey Mikes! I came in to order a turkey sandwich and the employees gloves looked like he had been cleaning the toilet! The lettuce was brown, they were out of every bread except wheat, and the place looked unkept! I walked away in the middle of him making my sandwich, which I have never done at any place before. The health department should pay this place a visit.

Ordered roast beef regular and there was mostly lettuce and 2 pieces of meat. This location is horrible. Stay away. Tried it a second time just to see if it changed….Not much better all around. Ordered #2….Mike’s way….the employee asked me want mayo etc….I won’t ever eat here again…paisanos next store it will be….
