The food and establishment were clean, fresh, and welcoming. But the staff have something’s to work on. Unfortunately they’re not trained on how to properly roll a sandwich not scrunch and push it into the paper. They forgot part of my husband’s meat he asked for. As far as atmosphere the staff can work on communication as ignoring each other and saying “did you hear” to actually get a response is highly unprofessional instead of just answering. Team work and attention to detail needs to be worked on at this location. Overall our food was good though.

Delicious and fresh ingredients, but underwhelmed with the portions at this location. I feel like it was less than usual and for the price – was a rip. Usually very impressed with the portions at Jersey Mikes, maybe an off day.

Husband was super excited we had a JM’s so close… guess we’ll keep going to a different one. Four employees in the store but only one girl seemed to be working. Other girl working the grill spent more time complaining than cooking. Probably explains how I ended up with someone else’s sandwich which I couldn’t eat because it was loaded with jalapeños but we didn’t realize this until we made it all the way home. Super fun when you waited almost 30 minutes for it. Store seemed clean until you looked behind the counter (whole sub loaves on the floor).
Hubby’s sub was delicious so I guess my recommendation is don’t get a hot sub and check it before you leave.

The foods good as usual. Hard to mess up a 43. That being said. Both times I’ve ordered I have arrived to find my sandwich not even made and employees just doing whatever, while the tickets hang above the grill or to the right behind the register. When you are on a lunch break trying to get food it’s pretty difficult to eat when the initial wait is 15 minutes to arrive to no food even on the grill yet.
