Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. Staff was friendly but the place was so dark. You could barely tell if they were open unless you saw the diners inside. Some of the produce was overflowing onto the ground. Food here was fresh and service was quick

Jersey Mike’s in Hagerstown delivers on the classics—fresh bread, quality meats, and friendly service that feels quick and efficient even during the lunch rush. The sandwiches are consistently tasty, and the toppings are always fresh, which makes it a reliable go-to spot. That said, one noticeable letdown is the absence of their iconic mushroom sub on the menu here. It’s a favorite at other locations, so not having it in Hagerstown feels like a miss, especially for fans who crave it. Still, if you’re after a solid sub with dependable flavor, this location doesn’t disappoint overall.

This store is in serious need of some help. My husband and I have been there a total of three times and each time there was approximately four people working.
2 of them were standing around seemingly not doing anything. The others were busy slicing meats and looking like they were doing some type of catering event.
No one said to us ” we’ll be with you in a minute”.
Basically we just stood there waiting for someone to say something.
No one did.
Stupidly , we waited about 20 minutes before we were even waited on.
The first time the sandwiches were pretty good.
Last two times I noticed that the lettuce was very watery. The tomatoes looked like they had seen better days. Very small.
I gave them three times and now they’re out.
If you want a decent sub , go to the one on Garland Groh Boulevard.
Even if they are busy , at least they acknowledge you.

It was your typical Mike’s. However the staff the day we were there, Saturday, made it amazing. While younger, they were attentive, did a wonderful job, helped us with an app issue, and made it a great experience. I hope management sees this and gives you all a raise you deserve. Keep up the great work.

Club Sub is by far the best sandwich they have. All the flavors work together, definitely need to get it Mike’s way and add pickles and mayo. If you are feeling really wild, get extra meat and cheese and you will have a feast. Service was great and super friendly

Eat here at your own risk, folks! Yesterday, I ordered a sub and found a piece of plastic in my food smh. Idk what it was, but it was about the size of a quarter. I brought it in and showed the manager and even she didn’t know what it was. The manager, Faith, apologized countless times and even gave me discount cards to make up for it. Doubt I’ll ever use them though. I’m never going here again.

First, VERY friendly staff!!! That is what stood out to me the most! Food was also very good, although I ordered my sandwich without tomatoes and it had tomatoes on it.
The restaurant itself was really dirty, which may be more of a reflection of the customers who had been there in the last few hours than anything else. Trash on the floor, tables were a bit messy. We ended up eating outside because that was more comfortable.

Love their sandwiches! You watch them make it and get whatever you would like on them. They load them up! We also get the sandwich boxes often for my job. They are decently priced and all come labeled.

The staff inside were friendly and the restaurant wasn’t too busy at the time. The subs are always good and I’m glad to have one close to me. Personally, I prefer Jersey Mike’s over the other sub places in town, I feel like the meat is a better quality and I like the bread better. This location was convenient as well as nice and clean!

This was my first experience with Jersey Mike’s in H-town. I love the one in Frederick. My boss ordered us lunch and I chose the Buffalo Chix Sub. The shaved chix was hard and chewy…and brown? Not sure what that’s about?? It definitely did NOT taste like Buffalo sauce was on it and I could barely taste any blue cheese. The lettuce was also wilted but it’s a hot sub so that’s not really their fault. I will give them another shot, but this experience was not pleasing at all.
