I’m gluten free because of an allergy/celiac. I’ve never gotten sick from this location and the staff is well educated about cross contamination. I appreciate their understanding and great execution ensuring I get good food that doesn’t hurt me. Thanks jersey mikes staff. Also they were very friendly and asked how my day was. Great location.

OWNER OF THIS LOCATION.. seriously aren’t you alarmed you have nearly 3 stars for a place that just makes subs!!! Maybe you should spend some more time there.
I am giving them a one star review based on multiple times I’ve put in an online order and the experience has been terrible. This most recent time I picked my sub up, drove home, opened it up and the bread was hard as a rock completely stale . I ordered another time and they put one slice of meat in the sub.. no joke one slice. That time I drove back up there and complained to the guys at the shop. It was literally like I was being pranked. I’m so tired of sub par service when you order online from this location. I will say whenever I order in the store and watch them make it, it’s been great. You need to get your quality control in check for online orders. Just because you aren’t making the food in front of the customer doesn’t mean you can put in effort. Do better.

The guys working on 12/21 around 4:15p just weren’t paying attention or listening. There was 0 people there yet they did have some online orders they were making when we arrived. I asked for my sub to be Mike’s way add Jalapeños. I looked down for two seconds to attend to my daughter and looked up to them wrapping the sub and noticed it looked light. I asked if everything was on it – mikes ways + jalapeño. They both confirmed.
Yet here we are. A dry. Lightweight meat sub for 10$. I’m on the road traveling. Yes. I’m dissatisfied and irritated. So I’ll take this off my list while coming this way.

This is by far the worst Jersey Mikes we have ever been to. No flavor at all, no filling, the bread is not warm. Absolutely pathetic sub for a premium price. Please do not waste money and time here. I have been to several others over the years between here and Florida, and this misses the mark across the board.

Kaitlyn bell gave the best service! Clean quick and very friendly. Great on eye contact and giving that friendly attitude. I was nervous ordering as it was my first time in person ordering and I felt so comfortable! The rest of the staff was so friendly and so professional as well with the other customers! Best food in Frederick + service!
