Food taste good once I got everything off I didn’t ask for. The lady behind the counter decided to get mad at my wife and become sarcastic when she skipped our subs and started working on someone else and we said something. Don’t like your job; leave. There is no organization in there with people ordering, picking up mobile orders and door dash.

I stopped into Jersey Mike’s the other day and they were seriously short‑staffed, only two employees were running the entire store. But let me tell you… the manager Qwen was moving like she was on double speed mode. I’ve never seen anyone multitask so fast and still stay calm, kind, and laser focused.
She was taking orders, slicing, wrapping, directing the other employee, keeping the line moving, AND treating every customer like they mattered all at the same time. Total boss mode energy. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.
Huge shoutout to Qwen for absolutely crushing it and keeping the place running smoothly even under pressure. This location is lucky to have her!

Gwen, the manager, was so hard working. She was one of two people working today at the store and it was very busy. I had heard her coworker mention they had two call outs but Gwen was still running the store efficiently, fast-paced, and with an upbeat attitude. I was seriously impressed

I am giving the Jersey Mike’s in Denton 5 stars because I can’t really think of any way my meal or experience could have been any better. I got a turkey and provolone sub in.a tub. Everything was super fresh. Plenty of meat and plenty of cheese. Everyone was friendly and very efficient.

First time at the Denton Jersey Mikes, and it was the best Jersey Mike’s experience I’ve ever had. Walking in, they seemed busy and it was a bit intimidating. There were about 10 people in front of us as it was midday lunch rush. The employees didn’t even seem fazed! They were effective, efficient and super friendly! I didn’t notice any name tags, but I wanted to especially shout out the gentleman running the topping station. He had amazing energy, super effective in communication and connecting with customers, and was extremely mindful when an allergy was mentioned . Overall 12/10, best lunch decision.

I hadn’t been to a Jersey Mike’s in so long so I wasn’t sure what to expect but my Italian sub was SO good! The bread was great and the meat was fresh cut and piled on. All 3 employees were so friendly and pleasant. There was a little hiccup with my giftcard but I wasn’t in a rush and truly didn’t mind. I felt compelled to take a minute to write this review because I had such a good experience and my food was so good!
